Great hotel, clean and comfortable. Beds were great but pillows were a little bit on the thin side. Staff were very helpful even though their English were not perfect but was able to sufficiently communicate. Breakfast was good although there were not a great choice. Coffee was amazing even though it was from a machine. They have a freshly squeezed orange juice machine that made the best orange juice ever. They have a comfortable area for sitting around to watch tv or having a chat with fry. A good , clean hotel that would be recommended.

Nice little hotel. Well situated by the motorway, however there is no noise. Staff are great, helpful. Perfectly clean, rooms a little on the small side, especially the shower, but overall a good nights sleep. No restaurant for lunch or dinner, but there are dining option close to the hotel.

I do recommend this hotel for all travelers! We have been greeted by Mr David at the check-in. Great host, very supportive and helpful. with great customer skills. Speaks fluent English. We will stay there during next trip without hesitation. 5-star service! Breakfast exactly as expected served very in very calm and friendly dining area. Must stay there!

The hospitality and bed comfort were very good. Those are more important than the negatives that had to do with the physical condition. Lots of wear and tear. Old physical plant. Cramped room and bathroom.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were very small and quite worn. Location was good, you will need to drive into Bordeaux centre though. The also took a €90 deposit, which they give back to you at midnight the day you leave, which is fine, but we didn't know about this before hand which I think is bad.

Even though very conveniently located on the motorway the hotel is nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and good shower. Friendly staff welcomed us. Dog friendly. Area not very picturesque but the convenient location makes it perfect for a stop off on your way through.

Nice hotel with friendly/helpful staff. We just stayed one night because we were on our way to Bretagne. The rooms are a bit small and you don't have a closet, in case you have a longer stay. It was nice (comfortable beds and clean room) for what we wanted it. The breakfast is expensive for what you get but it is variety. The coffee was not good and I drink it with milk, so I wasn't asking for the best coffee, just a decent one..... that's the only con together with the price of breakfast.
