I really enjoy the stay here, perfect location! Wonderful stay! Excellent team! Five minutes walking distance from the old port, 15min walking from the train station. I even received a welcome card with my name, written in Spanish! They offer customized welcome notes and free coffee to guests!

Theo was the best!! He was so kind and helpful with our stay and gave us great recommendations. Our bathroom smelled a bit, but Theo’s service made up for it:)

I left my jacket in the room yesterday. I called in the afternoon, but I was told that they had not seen it, which is unbelievable because I definitely left it in the hotel to went straight to another hotel. There is simply no way I lost it elsewhere. When I arrived at the other hotel, I realized my jacket was missing. . I immediately called your hotel, but I was told that nothing had been found. I tried calling the reception again and asked them to check one more time, but they did not even answer the phone. I honestly cannot understand how my jacket could disappear like this. I only checked out yesterday, and the cleaner said she did not see it, which is simply not possible. When I called the second day again, I explained that there are only two possibilities: either the jacket was accidentally thrown away or it was taken by someone. Instead of helping me, the staff became rude and hung up the phone.||I really liked that jacket. It was not expensive, but it was a gift from someone who has passed away, which makes it very meaningful to me. I cannot believe this has happened, and I am extremely disappointed by both the situation and the way I have been treated.

It looks tiny outside but it's great inside. Modern decor and really friendly staff. I even got a hand written welcome note left on my bed. Free local Marseille soap as a gift and USB wall charging points. Great location too, half way between old port and the main train station. Superb.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hôtel Marsiho. Its central location made exploring Marseille easy, and the warm, friendly service stood out. The rooms were clean and cozy—compact, but comfortable. The décor felt modern and inviting, and I loved the complimentary coffee and good-value breakfast. Overall, a great city‑break base.

Our stay there was super pleasant. We felt very welcome by Théo at the reception when we arrived. All people there were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The room was nice . Breakfast was delicious. Coffee, tea, water were provided all day long in the breakfast area. Highly recommended.

I tried calling the reception again and asked them to check once more, but they didn’t even answer the phone. I honestly cannot imagine how I could lose my jacket in this hotel. I only checked out yesterday, and the cleaner said she didn’t see my jacket, which is simply not possible. It is a nice white jacket, although it is not expensive. If the cleaner did not take it, then what happened to it? This situation is unbelievable and extremely disappointing. I will definitely make an official complaint about this.

The Marsiho hotel is a gem. Great location close to the Port. The people at the desk and manager are so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was wonderful and copious. Would come back again! Christine D
