Nice station with announcements in French, Spanish and English. No need to stand while waiting to find out your gate. There are plenty of seats with chargers. Lots of military police so you can feel safe while waiting for your train.

Quick to go train station. Some food options. Freindly staff. There is some construction happening so there are a few diversions. Gets crowded around rush hour. Lots of restaurants outside as well. Some of the staff cannot speak English but there are some who can if you need assistance.

The train station has train that goes all around France including Paris, Strasbourg, Marseille. Plenty of taxi, car space, buses and tram at the front. It has few shops inside and nearby. The problems is there’s no many places to wait or sitting area when there’s a train late( believe me there are a lot of those)

Got there early in the morning for my TGV to Paris and guess what the (pay) restroom doesn't open until 8am (actually that's what the sign said, it wasn't even open after 8). For all the tracks there are very few trains leaving here. Signage was abysmal and only one monitor to (finally) find out what track your train is on like 10 minutes before departure. For such a small station theres a very long underground tunnel you have to take to get from the station to the tracks. Then when you walk outside you have to walk across trolley tracks to finally get to the street to find an Uber.

The station is easy to access, but finding your train can be confusing if there are delays. Clearer information should be provided — in both French and English — about what to do in case of cancellations or delays, which unfortunately occur quite often. For example, it would be helpful to know which alternative trains are available immediately, rather than being told to wait or reroute through another station like Dax.

The SCNF employees here were very helpful despite the fact that I am an idiot who speaks no useful languages for the location. There was also a little shop selling canelles that I looooved but don't remember the name of.

The train station has plenty of space to rest or work while waiting for the train. Right in front of the train station there a good option to eat.

Big, busy, easy to navigate and good facilities. Easy link to / from Bordeaux airport by direct bus journey 30 mins.
