here’s something magical about stepping into H&M on Avenue Jean Médecin during the holidays. The windows glow with winter sparkle, the aisles are filled with cozy knits and party‑ready looks, and the whole store hums with that unmistakable Côte d’Azur energy.

Thousand of people in front of the fitting rooms, but they keep it 1/2 close, as say that they don’t have enough people to serve it. The staff does not speak English. The level of service is just inappropriate.

Disaster! The personnel with an outstanding bad mood, training new personnel, mistreating them. The dressing rooms, half of them closed, without any excuse!!

This is a nice clean, spacious store. But don't expect much with staff.

I visited at opening time, so it was not very busy. The self-checkout machines are great for skipping the lines. The staff were polite and made an effort to help me in English when I asked about products.

Better than the store across the street, as you can generally move around even with the crowds. Expect what you get at any H&M, more fast-fashion. If you don’t need a fitting room, it’ll make your shopping experience better. But their fitting room staff is efficient if you do need one. Self checkouts are a huge plus in this location. Make sure to remove security tags! The employees do forget one fairly often & it’s easy to do with some a bit hidden on items. Just comply easily with security, who will search for the tag, just doing their job and they won’t give you any issues. Large selection of clothing on multiple floors. Lines can be a bit slow at checkout if you do go to an employee, as people seem to ask them a ton of Qs during checkout. It’s not rocket science to shop for clothing. The staff is friendly enough, never had a problem and I live here in Nice.

HORRIBLE! Uneffective. The staff was rude. We waited in line for 1 hour and there were unopen registers. The customerservice sucked. I hope the building burns down. The maneger should be able to speak english. I hope they stack up cause this is so far away from good enough. We expected SO much better from a so well known store. We came out of the store SO overstimulated and we will NEVER come back.!!!!! You ruined our shopping!!!!!!!! I hope this will get fixed! We want to get this ZERO STAR, but that didnt work, but you deserve NO stars!.
