Absolutely top spot in Cannes. Everything is organic home made from scratch and the roast 5 different types of organic beans every morning. If you love the absolutely best coffee this is it. La Merzocco coffee machine is just a bonus. Coffee barista really knows her business. The owner is super friendly and always welcoming. Amazing breakfast / brunch spot. Sirniki is out of this world ! The absolutely best !!!

Sauvage has been on my must-visit list in Cannes since I moved here—and it definitely lived up to the hype. It was actually recommended by the owner of another brunch spot, which already set the bar high. On my first visit, I grabbed an iced coffee to go. It was exactly what I had been searching for—almost impossible to find: a proper double espresso shaken on ice, with no extra water or milk. The second day, we came back for brunch. The owner was incredibly friendly with everyone, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. We tried the salad and the egg muffin—both excellent and value for money. I was a bit surprised when my iced coffee came as a cold brew, but they were more than happy to change it without hesitation. One detail that really impressed me was that the coffee was served in a short glass, exactly as it should be. That’s how we do it in Greece (freddo espresso). Safe to say, this is one of the best brunch spots in town. Highly recommended. Excellent job, team!

This place is a 10/10. The food, the staff, the location. Everything is delicious, fresh, organic, and plates and very well presented and served. The staff is very very friendly. The omelette is amazing. Highly recommended!

Delicious fresh-forward food - Bondi Beach vibe with good coffee, plant based and gluten free options. We shared salad bowl (like a Buddha Bowl) with egg and gf cottage cheese pancakes. Well priced for a happy gut biome. Max who worked in Aussie hospo for a few years is a lovely guy.

Great experience overall! The food is both healthy and delicious, and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming. I went for the organic avocado gluten-free toast, and it was incredible, rich, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Highly recommend!
