When I entered the room I noticed a strange odour. Humidity and some chemical smell. After having a shower I saw the origin of the humidity: a huge leak in the shower that made half of the room a lake. The smell I had detected was humidity and the wet parquet. I had to put all the bagage over the chairs and tables, open the windows to avoid the mould and left early.

My husband and I stayed two nights here with our two dogs as we were in the area to visit the replica of the Grotte Chauvet near Vallon Pont d'Arc.||||The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly.||||The room was basic (double bed with a single over the top), shower, loo and washbasin, with a tv. Towels were provided. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. We were at the front of the hotel on the second floor. there was some noise from the nearby road, but that was not at all problematic.||||The breakfast was well worth having as there are no convenient cafes nearby. There were croissants, cereals, fruit salad, fresh bread, toast, cake, cheese slices and jam, honey and yoghurt. Hot and cols drinks were also available, with no limit.||||I booked by email, rather than online, and staff responded rapidly to email.||||Our dogs were welcomed for only 5 euros per dog. We thought this was reasonable and we really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return there.||||Thanks to Mehdi for making the booking process easy for us!

People are very nice. I have a very good environment. The room was clean.

Originally booked the room for one night but eventually stayed for 3 nights. Can’t complain about anything as we had a really pleasant stay. We booked night by night and the receptionist altered things so we could keep the same room. The Ibis opposite has an heated swimming pool with sun beds and we had free access - very nice.

The hotel is easy to find, rather new. It was very clean.|First disappointment, the non-smoking room I booked actually stinks cold tobacco. It was impossible to get another room because after 22h00 there is no staff on site, just a teller machine to get the room key.|Very bad surprise in the morning. There is no hot water in the bathroom. |No explanations, no excuses from the staff. |Breakfast is great.

Very good shape of hotel. Superbly comfortable beds and good and recent, separate bathroom.||||Staff friendly, hotel very clean and well located. One of the best value for money Ibis Budgets I ever stayed in.

Whilst on holiday in the south of France we had to travel towards Aubenas to pick up one of our children from a school trip. We decided to stay over and chose to stay somewhere cheap just for the night. We stayed in two rooms at the ibis budget as we couldn't all fit in 1 room. The rooms were very clean with clean beds made and sheets for a high sleeper bed if needed, our 8 yr old son slept on this bed and was perfectly fine. ||There was some shower gel and soap in the shower room. A tv in the bedroom but we didn't use it. ||The hotel staff were very friendly.||At the night time we went into the Ibis next door to use the bar area which was lovely and again the staff were very good and could understand us with us being English, although we did try to use a few French words. ||A great stay, would use again.

It is very good value. I usually do not stay in this type of hotel but I would certainly go back if I would have a short stay! The check in was easy & fast. They propose free internet. Room is very basic but you can't ask for more for 44 euros!
