I have a very disappointing experience. We reserved a badminton court for 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday 12th.Due to social movement that day, the metro was delayed, so I was 20 minutes late. To my surprise, when I arrived and reported the name of the friend who had booked the court, the staff stopped me from entering under the pretext that the others entered already and that I had to wait until 4 p.m. before I could enter the court. Are there any rules saying that I must be on time in order to use the court I booked and paid? I asked them to provide documents or proof of the such regulations, but they responded that it was an oral regulation and refused to let me exercise my right to enter and play. The staff also lied to me and told me the court was full which was not the case. I asked my friend to come down and explain to them that it wasn't true. The staff still insisted that everyone must be present together before entering. I was very shocked by such an unreasonable request. We, the consumers, paid the fees but were unreasonably denied our legal rights to use the facilities. Also the attitude of the staff was very bad and unhelpful, I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Careful with the parking space. You have lots of places behind the buulding
