Always packed with people, but almost all the registers are working! Products are of good quality and the prices reasonable! Free Parking for the first 2hrs is definitely a plus!
Good grocery commercial you can buy anything i like it here and its more less expensive than the other grocery stores
Big supermarket. Plenty of local wine and food. Free parking
Big busy supermarket, parking below free when shopping there but needs to be validated by the cashier
I appreciate the convenience of the self-checkout at this supermarket. However, I was disappointed with the recent update to the system. The new self-checkout have been a frustrating experience. It seems like they are causing unnecessary delays and wasting customers' time. Specifically, whenever I try to scan vegetables or fruits, I have to wait for an attendant to assist me. Additionally, after scanning my items, the staff often asks for an explanation of what I have in my basket. This additional step feels redundant and time-consuming. I hope the supermarket can address these issues to improve the overall self-checkout experience and ensure a smoother process for customers.
My family and I had the worst experience in this store. We have lived in 3 countries and visited a number of others and this is the first time we have been so rudely treated and discriminated against for not speaking the language. I was with my wife, our 8 month old baby, and my sister, when we were lining up at the priority check out lane. The store was quite busy and we decided to use the priority lane because the baby was fussy and kept crying (we later found out at home that she was coming down with a fever). While in the queue and just before our turn, the adjacent cashier who had his back to us suddenly turned around and told us we should not be in the line because my wife is not pregnant and none of us were disabled. I explained to him we have a baby and she is crying but he insisted we should not be in the line. I pointed out that the man in front of us (as well as several others who went before him) was not pregnant/disabled/old/with a child and yet they weren't questioned. The cashier just shrugged and still insisted we leave the queue. My sister moved to another cashier with her shopping cart but we stayed since the baby was still crying and we already had our groceries on the counter. Now it was finally my turn when an elderly couple cut in and asked if they can go first since they had priority. The lady in the cashier asked me something in French and since I could not understand, I told her nicely that I didn't speak the language. She scoffed at me as if she was mocking me for not being able to understand/speak French. She pushed our groceries back and let the elderly couple go first. After that another cashier came for a shift change and thankfully this one proceeded to scan our goods. At the end of paying for my goods and while we were packing, a man whom I assumed was the store manager approached us and says something and I ask him if he could say it in English. He also scoffed at me (as if to mock me for not speaking the language). I looked at
Good prices and seems like everything is available. However, it is very crowded, especially on the weekends. Not as roomy as the newer one in Nice by the stadium.
I went to this supermarket and saw how they threat a customer with a baby and asked him with the baby to move from the priority line. And sadly the guy didn’t speak any french and the manager came to asked him to open his bag while his baby crying. So pity and very shameful !
