We started a new journey with buying a small apt in Cannes. It is all new and complicated at first place. We live abroad and need to send money and all the private docs via email. From the begining all paper work went so smoothly. We trusted the team and got best service than we ever thought. We started from online and it was all easy. For the final agreement we visited Notaire a Cannes and we could get all information in English if we wanted we would get an interpreter as well. The explanations and meeting went all well. I was impressed by Maître Vouillon's team, especially by his assistant Madame Manzino who dealt with the dossier. No drama, no delay, prompt response and if there was a problem it was quickly resolved. And I always had the impression when I contacted them, that I was the only customer who mattered at that moment. "Great customer experience/customer service". So important to have a good team as well as a good Notaire, as I have discovered from disappointing experience with other Notaires in Cannes.

These Solicitors are the best around. From the first contact to the final shaking hands, everything is professional, smooth and easy! Don't waste your time anywhere else!
The rudest, most impolite front office staff I have ever had to deal with. They made a mistake and omitted to send me a document, but when inquiring about the status of the request, I was treated as if I were under interrogation by the police - the woman even yelled at me, without offering to help. "Call back" is not a reply you give to a client when your office omits to send the document in question. What you should say is: "I'll have someone reply to you." The notaire himself is very poised and polite, but office staff like that would be better off working at a supermarket.
Notar Bouyssou: If there would be zero star, I would give that. They will not answer any of your questions neither by mail or by phone. Proposed contract will be full of mistakes even on the signing day, even that you have requested correction in advance by mail. I had to wait 6 weeks for the compromis, another 3.5 month for the final signature and even then when we arrived we were told that documents are missing and we must postpone by 2 days! Unbelievable lack of service level!
WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS NOTARIAL OFFICE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, UNFOCUSED NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN AND UNRESPONSIVE. A ONE STAR RATING IS THE LOWEST IT CAN SCORE ONLY BECAUSE OF THE RATING SYSTEM - OTHERWISE A NEGATIVE 5 OVER 5 IT REALLY IS.
