Loved the service and the food. In this area this is a hidden gem where you can find a spot at the first floor level and eat great croissants and sandwiches.

The ambiance was cozy, but the lack of tourist-friendliness was evident from the start. Upon ordering sandwiches, no one offered to heat them, and the cashier seemed indifferent and impolite, showing minimal engagement. While it might have been our responsibility to ask for the sandwiches to be warmed, the presumption of serving cold sandwiches without inquiring felt unwelcoming. For tourists who may not be fluent in the local language, this oversight added to the discomfort, creating a barrier to enjoying the offerings. The café's atmosphere might appeal to regulars, but the lack of proactive service and consideration for visitors who might not understand local customs or language detracted significantly from the overall experience. For a place aiming to attract a diverse clientele, improving communication and hospitality would greatly enhance its appeal to tourists.

Ordered 27 assorted donuts for my daughter's birthday treat for her class. Excellent customer service and they speak English. I didn't try the donut but my daughter said it was good.

The place was very crowded and the staff was not capable of handling the orders. There was a big queue at the entrance and when our turn finally came, the staff simply ignored us and moved to the next person in line. The other people from the staff did the same, and we simply couldn't understand the reason. They kept attending the people after us for 5 more minutes even after repeated calls. It was a very disappointing experience in general.

Tarte citron was amazing. Wish I ordered 5 of them 🤤

Food is delicious, especially their croissants natures ! And the prices are lower compared to the other bakeries.
