REYONE

We stayed at the lodge for 1 night - 2 rooms: 1 standard and 1 with outdoor spa. The communication beforehand was very well done thanks to Katiana who answered by so many emails due to booking beforehand from Perth Australia. The welcome and overall service was also very good during our stay: all staff were very welcoming and professional. We went for some cocktails around 5pm and the staff surprised us with samoussas and others to have with our drinks! |We then went to the restaurant for dinner: the food was good- steak a bit hard to chew though. The only things I would recommend is to review the translation of the meals in English as it doesn't correspond to what it is in French and we ordered a dessert (coloniel) that we didn't except to be in alcohol - the English translation was Buche...|Thanks for a great stay!

The Lodge is very well decorated. All in wood. No concrete at all.|Dinner was an absolute tasty fine dining. Compliments tonthe Chef. Great service by Ludivine and Raymond. Real F&B professionals. My food was so well described and reccomended by these two waiters. Good sellers.

It is very overpriced for the lack of quality. My room had zero views. The restaurant is below average and expensive. We asked them to book a taxi and they tried to give us a business card and asked us to do it ourselves and we had to ask them again to do it for us which they finally did. The reception closes at 7:30 and then there is no one there once the restaurant closes. One person speaks English in the entire place. Overall a very mediocre experience and not worth 256 euros a night.

We stayed in a lodge prestige with jacuzzi on the terrace. Very nice! There is a mosquito net in the room so you do not need to bring one. There are lots of mosquitoes!||Breakfast is good and offers variety. Diner is expensive but quite good. You may want to chose the creole dishes which are tasty and less expensive.|We booked massages at the spa. Massages were excellent. Unfortunately while making the reservations three weeks ahead nobody asked if we also wanted to book spa access so the spa was excluded. We found out we had no access after the massages as we were asked to leave and could not book it anymore. |

This lodge is overpriced for the proposed service. Reception staff arrogant. ||Restaurant is expensive, but Nice staff. The view is nice. However room is small. Beware your head if your more than 1m 75.||||Breakfast was good with all basics items.||||I strongly feel the lack of managerial presence. Honestly, at 200€/pay, I will.not recommend this establishment.

The room was beautiful and clean, the spa is also incredible, but we were very disappointed by the quality of the services, especially the restaurant. It is quite expensive and not good enough for this kind of place. Also, the staff is kind but unprofessional (they forgot things, are not careful, we waited too long)||Such a pity for a place like this. ||Also : too expensive for the quality.

Wow 5 * We highly recommend this guest house in a quiet street. sadly we were there only for 1 night. hosts very friendly. Everything we could have asked for and more. Modern, clean well appointed. Quiet generator for loadshedding. We will definitely be back.

When I think back at my visit at Lodge Roche Tamarin, isn't it the fantastic service, excellent food and delicious dessert I remember. I reserved a specific table with a view of the sunset two days before to have a kind of romantic celebration of my birthday with my partner and staff assured me it was a good choice - when we came, the table was taken and we were hurdled in the back of the restaurant. That's my souvenir of Lodge Roche Tamarin. It's a return if I'm invited, not by choice.
