The building and site is beautiful and the bed was a comfy sleep but this hotel was extremely disappointing. My husband and I visited with our dog as part of our Honeymoon Tour. Billed as 'pet-friendly' the hotel charges a 35€ supplement for the pet per night. The website states that dogs can't walk the estate, aren't welcome in the restaurant or at breakfast. Providing an old and cheap dog-bed in the room doesn't constitute it being called Pet-Friendly. There is no access to the spa/sauna/jacuzzi facilities without paying a supplement of 20€ per head per night (which is outrageous really). The room was old and needs much maintenance; stained mirror and shower tiles, broken bath panelling, dirty cupboards, poor hairdryer and thin quality towels. There is no mini-fridge available and the in room coffee facilities were tragic - little wooden spoons and UHT milk. Billed as 4* the standard comes nowhere close what one would expect for that billing. The main restaurant was closed but the brasserie offered extremely overpriced and limited options which were rather negatively reviewed online so we didn't bother. Breakfast was fine, but again, nowhere near 4* standard I'm afraid. Premier Inns in the UK are of a higher standard.

It was such a wonderful stay: beautiful, peaceful, and truly heartwarming! The rooms were cozy, the pool just perfect for relaxing and enjoying the calm atmosphere and our dinner was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! I’m truly grateful for the kindness and hospitality of the team, which made our experience even more special. I’d be delighted to return to Château de la Tour one day✨

Lovely hotel - very corporate retreat.

We had room 102. The room was on the ground level and overlooking the wooded area instead of the main park at the front. It was lovely. There was a small table and two chairs outside to enjoy the peace and quiet. ||Although quite basic, the room had everything you needed for a short stay. ||Excellent. Would definitely return. ||Chantilly is very close by and has some lovely restaurants and bars too

We spent a wonderful weekend at the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, the garden, and the food. In addition, we greatly appreciated the help of Mr. Idrissa at the reception in finding my husband's lost phone.

Very nice location and beautiful building. Large plaisant rooms with nice view. Very calm and ideal to relax and enjoy nature in the garden or even the terrace. Very good breakfasts. Staff very professional and kind. A perfect stay.

very good experience at this hotel: professional and kind staff, nice room, briljant location and building, ||only a suitable loading facility for my hybrid car was missing (there are only 3 Tesla poles which don't match with any other brand)

We made a reservation for dinner at the chateau s restaurant. This place was recommended by a very good friend. Our maître D, mister Sebastian and his assistants, Ruben and Enzo made sure to place us in a nice table outside with some shades as the sun as a bit bright even at 7pm on this August evening. We decided to go with the special menu. Mister Sebastian had some very good suggestions for us. I ve uploaded some photos of our dinner selections. We had a wonderful time with the high level of customer service that was provided by the staff. The dinner quality was excellent. We really appreciated the attention to details and hospitality of the staff. We highly recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable dinner experience!
