Store in Paris (only BM store in France) has absolutely excellent customer service. Staff is very responsive and shipping is fast. Can tell this is an American company 🇺🇸 Love it after moving from Chicago! AAAA++++

The story of Benjamin Moore in France is an example of why brands should not give sole franchises to just one company. The lack of competition brings complacency. Got to the store and for the second time this week, it waa closed even when their hours are listed as open. (Saturday at 4pm). it is especially annoying when you spend fares on a taxi to get to the store only to find it closed without notice. Ofcourse I called the phone lines before coming with no answer. it is so easy for them to add an automated message telling customers" We are closed for the day but yet they fail to do so. I wish there are other options to stores to order Benjamin Moore from so I would not have to deal with their unprofessional service. Please treat your customers time with respect and make the necessary adjustments

Benjamin Moore interior paint is like wine to water to the paint (Tollens, Dulux) that you usually find in Castorama/Leroy. Incomparably better. So much smoother, easier to apply, and better looking that you'll never go back. As good quality but cheaper than Farrow & Ball. Ordered enough paint to do six rooms, duly delivered on the specified date and all in order. Will never buy paint anywhere else.
