Haven’t hung out a lot in Pau, but when I do, Snug is my first choice always!! Love the drinks, the ambiance and the music! Very new-york style. Hope they equip the outdoors during the summer. Best cocktails experience in Pau, that’s for sure!

Passionate bartenders making amazing cocktails! This bar is a gem. The food is also impressive, especially the marinated beef tataki and the cheese platter.

Excellent atmosphere, friendly service and great, interesting cocktails. They were playing some late 1960s bossa nova from Bahia, Brazil when I arrived and that sparked a conversation about Brazilian music with the bartenders, Benoit and Hugo. While they would make any cocktail you want, their menu consisted of a small deck of cards, each one listing a drink crafted around a single ingredient like rhubarb, mango or onion. They were fantastic and different than anything I'd tried before. Don't miss this spot!

A delightfully unpretentious, friendly and trendy cocktail bar that any capital city could only dream of having. Great cocktails, wonderful staff, and views over the birthplace of Henry IV. What's not to love here?
