I have stayed at Residhome five times, and as a Disneyland Paris season pass holder, this is consistently the best value hotel for visiting the parks. The Val d'Europe station's rear entrance/exit on the RER A line is a one minute walk from the hotel. With four trains an hour and just five minutes travel time, Residhome is a closer walk and oft times faster to get to than many of the Disney hotels on property. |All rooms are functioning apartments with full kitchens. Even if you aren't cooking, the fridge comes in very handy for milk, ice cream and frozen pizzas. Plus making real coffee or tea in the morning is fantastic, with everything provided. |I always book a studio, but have been frequently upgraded to a one bedroom with separate living area. There is a good full bar downstairs with pizza and burgers. It closes one day a week when a food truck arrives out front with even better burgers! |The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and I have used their free left-luggage service many times. Prices vary a lot. Book early for the best value.
We stayed here 2 nights before our trip to Disney. I wanted to be close to Disney, but wit good transport links to Paris. The location is fabulous. There's an entrance to the train station right next to the entrance. Literally a minute away. If you are coming from Paris, exit at the back of the station. It's one stop to Disney of around 40-60 mins back into central Paris via the RER A. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by and enormous shopping centre with loads of shops and restaurants. The rooms are pretty good. Spacious with a separate lounge/kitchen. We didn't do any cooking or meal prep, but the kitchen is well equiped There a good size fridge and a kettle and coffee maker. There's a good size wardrobe with extra shelves and hangers and a safety deposit box. The bed was a good size, with extra pillows of needed. We had breakfast at the hotel and is was a good choice. Los of fruit juices and hot drinks to choose from. Don't expect bacon sausage and egg. They have scrambled eggs and boiled eggs with lots of choices of meats and cheese. They have pancakes and pastries, bread fruit and yoghurt. We enjoyed soft boiled eggs and toast each morning with some pastries and cheese. Filled up well for the day ahead. I would definitely recommend residhome and will visit again.
I had an excellent stay at this hotel! It was very clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—only a 6-minute walk to the RER station, which made getting around super easy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to a shopping mall, an outlet, and even a supermarket, which made it really easy to grab anything I needed during my stay.I was pleasantly surprised by the room—it was exactly as advertised, and I loved the added convenience of a mini kitchen. They even provided a cleaning kit, which shows how thoughtfully everything is arranged. The attention to detail was impressive, and it really made my stay comfortable.I will definitely return next time I’m in town, and I’ll be recommending this hotel to my friends!"
I stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. Room was good - clean, bed was ok - I think the linen could be softer it felt quite like plastic. Soundproofing was pretty good - nice and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I want to give particular thanks to Mikas (sorry if I spell your name incorrectly). When I was leaving - Mikas gave me very helpful information on navigating the RER train network and how to use the tickets - he even showed me that you can top up navigo cards with your smartphone which I had no idea you could do. Learning that is very useful for me so thank you very much! Excellent service. If the price is similar and competitive - I will return for another stay in the future.
Perfect base for a Disney trip. The biggest win here is the location—literally a 1-minute walk to the RER A line that takes you straight to Disneyland and into Paris. The hotel doesn’t try to be fancy—it focuses on what actually matters: a clean, comfortable place to recharge after long Disney days, and it delivers on that. You’re also surrounded by everything you need—cafés, shops, and a full shopping center just steps away. Super convenient all around. I’d definitely stay here again.
Stayed in a one bed family apartment for 3 nights during a recent trip. The apartment lived up to expectations and the location was excellent in terms of travelling to/from Disney and also into the city for some sightseeing. Train station is mere feet from front door but note there is no elevator at the train station entrance closest to property. Also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby making it easy to get snacks and essentials during a stay.||Apartment was cleaned daily and had everything we needed for our stay including a kettle & microwave in a neat kitchen. While apartment was a little cramped with 2 adults/3 kids, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time there so it worked out ok. would certainly consider staying here again if we return in future.||The separate toilet & washroom would not be to every bodies taste & not all lights were working within the apartment. ||Staff were helpful & professional during check in and check out.
You certainly get what you pay for in this world. But if you accept its going to be a bit of ruff around the edges, you'd be hard pushed to find a better budget hotel for a few days in Disneyland Paris. The hotel is less than 1 minute from the RER that takes you, in about 3 minutes, to Disneyland main entrance. The breakfast is worth paying for and the parking is cheap and easy (entrance 100m on the left before the hotel) There are plenty of restaurants around and a huge shopping centre that has a Sea Life in and the usual fast food chains. Id suggest a balcony room to get a bit of fresh air as the hotel was running hot and buy your RER tickets the day you arrive to avoid delays on your day of travel. We also took the RER straight the the Arc de Triomph and had a walk to the Eifell Tower for good measure. All for the standard 2 euro per person, per journey rate. All in highly recommended.
I would say it is good value for money. An apartment has confortable bed and extendable couche/s. 20 min walk to disneyland or 5 min and 12 eur with uber. There is a supermarket really close, microwave in the kitchen. Heating is not great, we visited in Nov and it was 5 degrees outside with rain. In the room it showed between 19-22 but I really doubt it, it was very cold and the floor was also very cold, my feet would freeze. After staying 10h in Disneyland I expect to have heat in the room!
