The staff were welcoming, and I appreciated the follow-up prior to my visit. However, some advertised extras were not available upon check-in, which was disappointing.||The room was quite basic, with a small and uncomfortable sofa. The bathroom was nice overall, but the open shower design caused water to spread onto the floor and into the toilet area.||Cleanliness could be improved—hallway carpets were not vacuumed, and there was noticeable dust in several areas.||The restaurant and food were decent, but breakfast was disorganized and not worth the price. Many items were empty and not refilled, which was frustrating.||The bar area was underwhelming, with some sofas featuring very steep backs that made them uncomfortable and uninviting.||The game room felt outdated. All the billiard cues were broken, and the available games were dirty, with missing pieces like chips and dice.||The spa and pool area were overcrowded, making it difficult to find available seating.||On a positive note, the surrounding area is lovely and well-suited for hiking.||Overall, the room and breakfast felt overpriced for the standard offered.

Amazingly beautiful hotel with spa and incredible breakfast. Very kind and helpful English speaking front desk staff. This is in one of the smaller villages in the region, expect to drive to a grocery store, but it is a lovely top notch place to be based out of to explore Alsace.

Beautiful small village with lots of hiking options. We booked a basic room which was small, clean and comfortable, although it had a little bit of a damp, mold smell. Not a deal breaker, just an observation. Not enough to be concerned about. The pool and spa area was amazing. Pool had lots of jets, warm enough to just walk into. The whirlpool wasn’t as hot as one would expect, didn’t stop us staying in there though. 3 different saunas. Loved each one. Lots of options for showers and lovely places to sit after a sauna with ambit music. We ate dinner there one night. The service was first class. Out waiter was attentive, witty, polite and explained every dish that was put in front of us. The food was good. Breakfast was typical of any European hotel. Overall, I could recommend and would go back there myself.

We had two rooms (333 and 338) "Doppelzimmer Digitale Superior" booked with a Deindeal voucher. The rooms are very comfortable and we had two very good nights sleep. The swimming pool is a lovely relaxing temp and the wellness is small (I used the steam room, and two saunas) but very nice and i was alone! We ate both nights in the restaurant with the set 3 course meal and the food and wine was extremely good. However what made this stay special was the exceptionally good service. Very friendly and helpful. We had two small issues (problem setting the safe in the room) and a fly deciding to drink our wine out of the bottle!) and both were dealt with perfectly. We will definitely be back soon. Celui qui a formé les e^mployees - Chapeaux !

My friend and I spent one night at Le Clos des Sources. The service was friendly and welcoming. The facilities were clean and a good standard. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked out but we were given other local options, and the one we chose proved to be a hit! There was a great choice at breakfast - we certainly didn't need to have lunch! Would recommend a visit to this lovely location.

It's in a lovely village in the hills. Staff were very friendly. Good French food in the restaurant. Well maintained hotel. Room was very comfortable. The spa was really nice and included in my room rate. I also had a massage. Would definitely stay again

I've had the pleasure of staying here several times throughout the years. And when I am in the region, I make a point to stop by. Let me tell you, If you want a real treat and a hidden gem, stay here! The spa is fantastic especially after a long day's hike! Make dinner reservations and enjoy a wonderful meal in the dining room. (Foie Gras is incredible) The ambiance of the entire place is delightful. The indoor pool is wonderful both in the winter and the summer. The rooms are well appointed, Upscale linens and towels. The family that runs the place is great. Treat yourself to a real secret paradise. Just stay!
