Beautiful hotel and wonderful family Running it. I had a wonderful time. The location is LITERALLY PERFECT. Less than 10 minute walk from the beach. Staff was super accommodating. I would love to go back next year Lord willing. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cannes. I appreciate you all and God bless.

A great place for a one-night stay. Convenient location, not far from the sea. The room is clean and tidy, but don’t expect anything fancy. Just a comfortable spot to sleep and take a shower.

We just finished our week-long stay at the Hotel Alexandre III and can's say enough good things about it. It is modest, but very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Location is a short walk to the beaches and a nice leisurely walk to the shopping and dining areas. The manager Manuel and his wife Mariya are so kind and helpful and welcoming - they make you feel as though you are guests in their own home. And the breakfasts on the back patio with fresh-baked breads and coffee...what a treat! Best find in Cannes is this hotel!!

These apartments are located in a beautiful building and the apartments themselves were very lovely. |The apartment that we stayed in ("Mon plaisir"/ Luxury duplex apartment) was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Everything was very convenient inside the apartment. |The location is very nice as well- it was on a nice street with beautiful churches and it was very quiet and safe at night. It's a very short stroll to 'La Croisette' and not too far away from the other attractions. |We would definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back! |Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were great, attentive to our needs and provided delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel is clean, affordable, offers the comforts of home, and just the right walking distance from the center of Cannes. Here are a couple of mini markets a few meters away and the bus stop is another 5 min walk from there.
