We asked for a quiet room and this request was fully met. We received a room at the end of a ground floor corridor, where no other guests would pass. Between the door to the corridor and the bedroom is a hall with bathroom and WC, so there are two doors between the bedroom and the corridor of the hotel. The air condition worked well and was easy to control. We switched it off, since the room had shutters outside the window, so we could keep the window open. Even with open window, there was little noise from outside. A good thing is the WC, separated from the bathroom. We had a great dinner for 22 euro pp. The chef has talent if he is able to serve such a tasty and well presented three courses dinner for that price. No wonder that most guests decided to have dinner in the hotel! We did not use the Spa and other facilities in the hotel.||||The batteries of the remote control for the TV were corroded. After mentioning it to the reception they were replaced. The location of the hotel is ideal for travellers, close to the highway. If you want to see the centre of Épinal, however, you will need to drive. The hotel is located in an industrial (economic) zone, but it's still possible to have a nice walk in the environment. Opposite the hotel is an ALDI for all your groceries (or a half bottle of wine) and in 3 minutes walk your reach a nice bakery where you can have breakfast with a croissant and coffee or tea (If you are not in for an extensive buffet).

We stopped here for one night on our way to Paris and had a very pleasant stay. The room was not too big but clean and very cozy, and the staff at reception were helpful. Many thanks! One thing to note is that SPA access is limited to 1 hour. For us, it felt a bit too short, as the SPA was the main reason we chose this hotel. That said, we understand that the time limit helps prevent overcrowding and makes the experience more enjoyable. And it indeed was very enjoyable. Thanks to the lady at the desk, we managed to find a solution — we really appreciated her help. The SPA itself was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on that. For us, it’s a solid 4.7‑star stay.

Nice hotel with a very relaxing spa. The restaurant was closed, but there are plenty dining options in the area. Breakfast is excellent. Bit pricey but still recommend!

Nice clean and good French hotel, the staff were really polite and professional and did their best to speak English. We noticed a lot of cleaning activity in the spa and other rooms and this was clearly visible. The restaurant services typically old style French food. We love the stay but we could see that the hotel is losing its shine with wall paper coming loose from our chamber wall and some amenities in the spa need some touch up.

We stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. The check-in was fast and the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. As we've reserved a room with a SPA option, we had one hour per day to take advantage of it. One hour per day doesn't mean that you can come when you want, cause the capacity of the place is limited. Instead, you need to book a time slot at the reception. The SPA is excellent. There is a small pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Tidy and good illuminations. The breakfast is worth paying for it. Everything is fresh and delicious. Good variety of food starting from the cereals and finishing with the salmon and plans jams. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay in. For those, who doesn't have a car, there's a bus station in 4 minutes walking from the hotel ( bus line 4). Direction- the railway station.

Stayed 2 nights here and the location and external appearance on arrival was worrying. However the interior was very well appointed and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention for Emily at reception who went out of her way to resolve our initial rooms problems-always with a smile!||Comfortable bed, good bathroom and a quite position.||The restaurant was surprisingly very good and at a reasonable price, although the bottle of wine we chose was grossly overpriced, but we knew it!

An official delegation was participating in memorial ceremony at the AMBC cemetery. The hotel was recommended by a commissioner. The Hotel sits directly on a round-a-bout and is easily seen from the main road. Hotel lobby was comforting and welcoming. The hotel staff made it very easy to check-in and speaks English pretty good. The Hotel is dated and room keys are not modern but works well. The rooms are neat, clean, and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. The price is comparable with others establishments in the area. The amenities are abundant. The restaurant was fabulous. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I needed to be in the area for a business meeting and after checking many options I booked the Best Western. It is not very fancy but ok. Take a superior room. Bathroom is new with if you want some blue neon lights (no worries - you can also just put on the normal lights). Bedding was very comfortable.||||Service was ok - breakfast was fine too.||||Cheers, Sara
