The staff was very helpful and helped me a lot. Their response time by email is usually one day, but the line takes around 20 minutes to do so I think is better to go in person if you live in the vicinity.
I dealt with three different people during my visit and every one of them was super helpful and friendly. I was dreading the experience of dealing with French taxes, but they made it as painless as possible!

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je contacte le Centre des finances publiques pour poser mes questions. Le personnel a toujours été réactif et aimable. Un grand parking est disponible à proximité pour les visiteurs. Le personnel à l'entrée parle français et anglais, ce qui est très important pour moi.
Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement monsieur Gilles Berenguer pour la qualité de son travail. Très compétent, aimable et souriant, il fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme en toutes circonstances. C’est un grand plaisir d’avoir affaire à une personne aussi sérieuse et attentive.
Le centre d'Antibes exige de remplir des formulaires en ligne mais n'offre aucun Wi-Fi ni poste informatique. 'Vous avez un smartphone ?' Mon forfait 4G ne passe pas dans le bâtiment. Catch-22 digital.
