😊: Just around the corner from a Metro stop, friendly housekeeping staff that keep things very clean, gorgeous historic staircase, several cats freely roaming about and accepting of head pats, and the bottom floor is a coffee shop with fresh pastries.. 😢: The mini fridge emitted a sour milk smell every time it was opened; it seemed likely that something dairy-based had spilled in there long ago and was difficult to eliminate..

I really liked it. The hotel is run by a family, and situated above a bar, serving breakfast and coffee. The owner was very nice to me. The room is not very big, but was perfect for my needs, with a small table that can be used for working with laptops. The bad eas excellent and cozy. The room was very clean, but the bathroom had a subtle bad smell, not something too serious, but may be due to obsolescence. The location is excellent - 1 min walk from metro line 4 which is great since it arrives just in the center and crosses paris south to north. I also liked that it's close to Orly airport. You'll e surprise how many shops and restaurants are within a walk of 5-10 mins. Lovely experience!

Although clean, and comfortable beds, and free WiFi, it is not a hotel. Quite unconfortable stairs. Lots of cigarette smell in the corridors. No receptionist, you must ask at the restaurant next door, but if you don't know that, there is nobody to turn to. There should be at least some sort of phone or bell at the reception desk. No way to call reception from the room if something is needed, as there is no phone.||||It says that they are non-smoking rooms, but there is a lot of cigarette smell all over.

Lived here for 8 days straight, nice and cozy hotel. Beds are great, my back is better now then before checking in. Management do not communicate in English, but use of translator on phone helped a lot. Very kind and nice people, had a really good time during my stay.

Location was top notch, but we had problems with booking taxing ,the amount that we had to pay was not precisely written and we had to overpay. We booked two rooms, we thought that they would be similar, turned out one was smaller. Also the brekafest was almost none existened. And our rooms didnt have hear dryer.

😊: It was really close to metro, our room was simple but nice and clean. The street was so quiet :).

Older and cozy hotel. A bit slower reception if you dont speak French but very kind and friendly. Room was OK, clean and cozy. Noise from the street was extreme if windows are open. If windows are closed there is no noise but in hot weather it was very hot in room because it doesnt have airconditioning. Towels had some weird smell sometimes. No hair dryer. Safe was not working. Good breakfast (croissant, chocolate pastry, bread, butter, jam, orange juice and coffe for 10e)

Lovely clean hotel, not noisy, nice location to the metro, worth its price. Overall was very satisfied.
