SPB is a very unprofessional and unreliable company with incompetent staff. They kept us on a leash for 3 months. They ask for documents that do not apply to the file at all. You get laughed at on the phone and they don't speak a word of English. Unreliable and very difficult to reach. They are scammers.

I was in Amsterdam and I'm glad I could repair my phone in a Samsung service center without sending it somewhere. Get the refund with my receipt.
