Good place
The staff in agency is super nice , just company is the money stolen. Automatically renew the contract even if I already move out , still need to pay. Inform me 2 months later, sent email and called , nobody answered. I won’t never choose this company , black list.
Useless. Waiting for a reimbursement for a broken phone screen. The online chat is always unavailable, so I called to declare an accident. They sent me a form to fill in and documents to upload, including a quote for repair, which I did. So far so good. Then three weeks later they email me asking for more documents, which I sent. Since then, three weeks have passed, so I called up and was told that they're very busy and the time to respond is 4-6 weeks. My file has been open six weeks already and no action has been completed on their part.
Worst assurance ever. We got robbed 4 months ago, and we are still waiting for the reimbursement. Each time I call them they came up with a different lie. Someone should take them to justice.
