5.0 Maximilian Ratlmoser

Nice restaurant close to the beach and a kind of lagoon (?). The little Fiat and the furniture caught our eye first, stylish and colourful. The restaurant offers specialties from Corsica and pizza from a stone oven, even some very unique commodities like the coppa fig goat cheese one in the pictures as well as the corse classic wild boar stew. Great service, menu in different languages and because the lagoon is a breeding ground for mosquitoes you get handed repellant if you sit close. I’d visit again any time!

Very good restaurant! The food had an interesting touch, the fish was well seasoned with a butter sauce and lemon. Deserts also perfect. Portions are a good size and you'll fill your hunger. Superb!!

This is the best food you will find. Amazing pizzas and burger. Salad great as well. The owner built a new table just to seat us when they were fully booked. Have been here for two weeks and will be coming back here once a day. This is the opposite of a tourist trap.

The ambiance in the evening is truly lovely. The service, however, was a bit hit-or-miss. The staff were friendly and tried their best, but our starter was completely forgotten, and the main courses arrived before we had a chance to mention it. The sole lived up to expectations—delicious and highly recommended—as were the chicken thighs. Unfortunately, the traditional wild boar Tianu was a letdown. The meat was somewhat dry, the potatoes tasted stale, and the sauce was overwhelmingly tomato-heavy. The desserts, especially the vanilla crème brûlée, were excellent and ended the meal on a high note. All in all, it was a lovely evening, with the exception of the disappointing wild boar dish.

Visited several times during our stay, very friendly service, tasty food and a lovely atmosphere under the outside lights. Can recommend the mojito's and was always tempted by having just one more!

I have very mixed feelings about this place, but simply because of the share size of portions I have to give it at least 4 stars instead of 3 that I wanted to leave initially. The good: food is tasty, I thought portions will be small as the restaurant seemed a bit posh, but we actually took foie gras, as a snack and then left 1/3 of one dish and half of the other main dish untouched, as it was simply too much. Foie gras and gniocchi with veu were very good and tasty. The bad: I ordered medium entrecote, but initially got rare. It was quickly fixed, but then part of it was well done in my opinion. I think entrecote was missing some salt/pepper, as the sauce with it was super salty and fries were super salty as well, so I guess people in Corsica dip their entrecote in a sauce to add flavour? I normally eat meat by itself and it should have enough flavour, so this one was a bit lacking, but the quality of the meat was very good. The worst part was bill - they added additional champagne to our our bill, which was fixed when we pointed it out, but it felt like it was on purpose, because we did not speak French. The other thing which we did not even question was the glass of wine for 7 Eur + 3.5 Eur for "superior" something, when my wife ordered just a simple glass of white wine. I understand that not all waiters spoke English, but things like that should be asked in advance, so service is definitely something to improve. EDIT: well that's even worse then, because we did not order any water, nor did we got served any water. The way bill looked and 3.5 Eur being pushed to the right compared to all other items (like on purpose), it seemed like it was addition to the wine.

Beautiful setting, great service. Cocktails brilliant (the only place so far in Corsica that will do a Margarita!) food was beautiful inventive and tasty, would highly Recommend :)
