This route we took to the peak was a steep more advanced section, I wouldn't recommend this route for ameteur hikers or people who suffer from vertigo, however, once you reach the top it flattens out revealing lovely views of Marseille and beautiful views of the coastline, a great jog!

Very nice hike with a beautiful view over the whole city and the coast. Also the paths off the intended hiking trails were very good to reach and involved some nice climbing passages.

Superb hiking place. Amazing nature's view of mountains and cliff-side sea. I really love the ambience of hiking next to the sea. I highly recommend a good hiking shoes since the path could be full of pebbles. The rangers of national park have very well marked the hiking trails with different colors like red, green, white, blue.

Very beautiful hike to do, get to the top and you will not be disappointed. Just make sure to bring ALOT of water because you’ll need it.

Challenging hike up to the top but well worth once you get there.

A smooth walk to the top , yet demanding. Take plenty of water and refuelling for your strength. There are 2 ways to get down the solid green trail and the dashed green trail. The dashed was the one I chose, and it was very steep in some place. However, it was quicker. The weather can change quickly, so do remember to bring an outer wind layer. Have a good climb!

Beautiful nature however the whole area is NOT SAFE. Immigrant vandals are heavy in these parts and plan their break-ins on vehicals at these nature preserve areas. We were nearby only away for 1 hour and lost all belongings. It is better to avoid the area all together as they are likely to steal the car even if there are no belongings present in it... Marseille is a dangerous place.
