Fancy store of course, but service could be improved. Got an indignant response when we asked if any drinks were available (as we had received at eg Vienna stores) "do you see anyone else with drinks" "not my job", and payment process too slow. If tax free refund is a challenge for you in a high end store like this then maybe improve your training

Another great experience at Max Mara, this time in Paris! I showed up looking haggard from walking all day, and yet the staff were accommodating, offering suggestions and opinions upon request. Drinks were offered, as well as a fitting room large enough to include a chair for my husband. Graciously provided me with shoes of my choice to accompany the outfits I was trying. The quality and style of Max Mara clothing cannot be matched, but the service at this store should also be noted as exceeding my expectations. Merci!

I had a wonderful experience at Max Mara. Loïc was extremely professional, attentive to every detail, and took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. His advice was thoughtful, helpful, and always well suited to my needs. Our exchanges were pleasant from beginning to end, which made the entire Max Mara experience enjoyable.

My tag is missing! A female employee humiliated me by laughing at me while I was spelling my email, which was extremely racist. She also prepared my clothes, which were super wrinkled, but she didn’t iron them. When I checked in my item at the hotel, they had removed my tag without my consent. They didn’t even pack my item in front of me. I informed them that I intend to file a tax refund and require the tag. Update: I visited the store to obtain a refund and speak with the manager. The salesperson who sold me the pants remarked, “Do you wear your clothes with tags? I mentioned that it doesn’t matter because the tags belong to me, and I have the right to do whatever I want with them. It’s none of your business. I visited another Max Mara store in Paris and they allowed me to keep the tags.

A beautiful store filled with elegant, high-quality pieces. Special thanks to Madam Fan and Triski for their exceptional service. With their professional expertise and impeccable taste, they introduced me to pieces I wouldn’t have discovered on my own—each one felt like it was made for me. They were incredibly patient, warm, trustworthy, and friendly, while never pushy. Other staff in the store were very nice too. I felt truly respected and pampered throughout the experience. They also arranged alterations and handled delivery to my hotel. A truly memorable shopping experience.

My wife had a wonderful experience at the Max Mara Paris store! Fanta was fantastic—helpful, friendly, and attentive—and helped her find the perfect piece. Shopping there was such a delight. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

They pretend to be professional but chaos and bad management is what defines this shop. I made the mistake to order 2 items through them and I can say it’ll never happen again. The first item arrived in the wrong size and the second time I was told my item would arrive on a day and when I went to the shop to pick it up, I was told my item had arrived ‘with a stain on’ and to come back another day so they can reorder another one: 2 items ordered 2 mistakes! They obviously think clients are cash machine at their disposal: no consideration for the time and wants of their clients.
