We went there at New Year's eve and had a £150 six-course set menu. The dishes were fusion of many cuisines, including, Italian, Mexican, etc. which was quite nice. However, the tacos served with a mountain of cilantros and the chestnut tortellini were disappointing. The overwhelming cilantros overpowered the tacos, while the wrapping of the tortellini had a weird texture to it and it didn't go too well with the broth served. Despite these, the guinea fowl was amazing. The meat was tender and combined with the sauce was phenomenal. This was an unforgettable experience, but given the price, I don't think this was worth it.

What a place. Beutiful scenary with a lovely staff. The negroni was perfect, with bitter vermouth and one big rock. The sommelier helped us find a creamy Chardonnay from Bourgogne. After good explore through the juicy wine list we ended up going with Fontaine-Gagnard, 2023. The food was interesting, very tasty and gourmet. I had the meet with magnificent sauce. The other dishes looked and tasted amazing as well. Very nice Paris place.

Great experience! We had dinner at the bar, the food was really good and the selection of wines is very interesting also thanks to their young sommelier! It was a wonderful night

I love going to Le Saint Sebastien. Fresh ingredients, lovely execution with touches from else to give it a twist. Subtle decor with romanticism. And an excellent wine list curated amongst finest producers. A place to look forward to whenever we are back in France.

Amazing food and service, one of the best experiences I had in Paris so far! Wine selection is top notch, also with a lot of excellent options by the glass! Definitely a must for everyone wine lover!!!

Lovely, cosy place to wine & dine. The wine list is long and has a nice page of wines by the glass. The lady serving the guests is enthousiastic and takes time to explain briefly the various wine options. Kitchen staff is highly skilled and brings great food on your plate. The menu has indeed Limited choice, but everything is top quality. Well recommended...

Another off the beaten path, shockingly good Paris restaurant. The menu is simple, approachable and everything is delicious. Do not skip the sliced Jamon to enjoy with your first glass of wine. That would be a tragedy!

Fantastic place! Go here! One of the best meals I had during my stay in Paris. I went early around 19:00 on a Friday and the restaurant was basically empty. Super friendly service in English. The anchovies were meaty and delicious, the tartare had good salt and anchovy flavor and the cod was superb (especially the sauce!). Snack (anchovy), starter (tartare), main (cod) and 3 drinks (champagne, white wine and Armagnac) came in at 109€. The restaurant is named after the street. The server said it’s not a Basque restaurant but more international with French influence. The chef is Mexican so you can also see that influence (delicious!).
