Writing on behalf of dog owners who doesn’t live next to “ la forêt Malmaison “ and who don’t have car to take their dogs there! There is 0 “parc canin” for dogs in this city. In all the parks, dogs are forbidden like if everything and everywhere belongs to human beings! I demande from mayor to think about animal life as well, they’re not our prisoners to be taken everywhere by their leach. I can’t write formally to the city hall cause I’m not francophone.
