MARIGNAN PARIS

Hotel Marignan exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious with a view of the Eiffel Tower and was modern with nice appointments. The entire hotel staff was gracious and went out of their way to assist us and make us feel comfortable. It is in a great location and quiet, even though it’s just off the Champs-Elysees. And it’s very convenient to the metro. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this property.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is excellent just off the Champs Elysee but quiet. It has a modern, paired back luxurious feel. Loved some of the fab lamps and lighting. Lovely spacious room. Thanks to the amazing, genuinely kind and helpful staff our trip was really special. They decorated the room for our joint birthday celebrations and put complimentary chocolates and strawberry's in it for us. The Concierge was so helpful, ordering taxis for us and advising us on how to get to various locations etc. Breakfast was excellent and we were well catered for with gluten and dairy free options. Honestly can't fault it. Only slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar is currently closed so you don't get that fab view of the Eiffel Tower.

The perfect place to stay! The hotel itself is nice and spotless - but it is the staff who made our trip truly memorable! Every single person we met from the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The food was delicious. The housekeeping staff decorated my room with balloons and dessert for my birthday. Such a treat! Located where you can walk to most anything! Thank you all for making our Paris vacation memorable in every way! Merci!

I almost don't want to leave this review so that others don't discover how wonderful this hotel is. Fantastic location, so quiet at night despite being so close to sites. The service and communication from the concierge is exceptional. We really felt like guests and that everyone at the hotel cared about us. They even helped us with lost luggage by Air France. The rooms were beautiful, large, and such comfortable bedding. They also surprised us for our anniversary with decorations in the room. Oh, and how could we forget the fantastic breakfast, we looked forward to it every morning. The breakfast had fresh, diverse, and abundant choices. When we come back to Paris this will be where we stay, Merci Beaucoup!!

Third time staying here. We stayed in 2022, it was okay and we found it serviceable enough to stay there again. Stayed there again during the Olympics in 2024 - they definitely improved the breakfast offerings from the stay in 2022 which was good because the first time we stayed there, breakfast was subpar. With how things had improved, with us returning to Paris this year, I thought we would be fine. Boy that was not the case. When we checked in and walked to the door of the room we were given, the room next door was marked with "Do Not Enter" in French. The room was being renovated. When we opened the door, the smell of noxious fumes hit us immediately and because of the excessive heat, we could not even leave the windows open. My husband said the smell was likely varnish but it didn't matter the smell was a really strong chemical smell. Instead of the hotel staff being honest about the fumes and offering to accommodate us at the time we checked in, they waited for us to complain before admitting that what the issues are with the room and offering to address it. I cried. I couldn't believe it. Even their staff admitted that they struggled with the fumes at times and felt unheard. The cleaning team who did turndown service even left the windows open while we were at dinner to try and mitigate the smell. We couldn't even be moved to another room because they had booked up the hotel despite knowing of their renovation schedule which left us forced to stay in a fume-filled room for the night because I was unable to find another hotel on such notice. Thank God we did not have a child with us who could've gotten sick from the fumes emanating from the other room into ours. Although we were moved the next day and they credited the night, I am just not able to get over how we were treated and I told my husband that if they did this to repeat guests, imagine how they would treat you in a similar situation. They do not value loyalty and we cannot stay here again.

We had a Deluxe room for 5 nights. The hotel is nice, but our room was quirky. It had a small toilet room just off the bedroom and a staircase up to a large bathroom with a soaking tub, shower, and second toilet room. The ceiling in the hallway leading to the room was low - I'm 5' tall and could touch it with my hand. The room itself was comfortable and the shower very nice. |Breakfast was terrific - we looked forward to it every morning. I'd seen other reviewers talk about a rooftop bar with views of the Eiffel Tower. That is not open anymore which was a disappointment. It's very convenient to the Metro and shopping.

Great boutique hotel in a wonderful location. Upon arrival we were given a room that felt a bit small for three people but as soon as I told Luna at the front desk she went above and beyond to make sure we were in a room that we would be comfortable in. The following day at breakfast she stopped by to make sure we were happy with our new room. She definitely helped make the stay very pleasant along with her other colleagues who were always very helpful.||The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast and food at the restaurant on site was also very good. ||Have to mention that they knew we were celebrating my mom’s birthday so the staff set up balloons, wine, and treats for her in the room.||The only negative was the shower, which was designed without a door, allowing water to splash out of the shower area.

Fabulous !!!! This hotel is absolutely amazing. 1 minute walk to champs Élysée street with all the shops and noise but once inside your room it s so quiet and peaceful. The staff is so nice and helpful. The restaurant is very nice and the food is delicious. We had a great stay there and will definitely come back.
