My stay was amazing. I am very picky when it comes to my hotels but I felt comfortable here. The front desk staff were amazing, they helped me with every question I had. Breakfast and staffers were great as well. My son plays for PSG academy so this was an easy walk to Parc Des Princes for his activities there. Merci, au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt.
I was very pleased with the overall comfort of Molitor Hotel and its amenities. The fitness area and offerings were very impressive, especially the variety of classes available. And while I didn't use the pool, it looked very inviting. I was also pleased with the quality and size of the breakfast. Finally, the staff were consistently kind and courteous, especially Ali who helped us with our vehicle when we first arrived. The location is okay, but it is quite a few stops of a long car ride to the hot spots of Paris. But I was very pleased with the value this offered. My only material complaint concerns a physical security flaw. The elevators and the stairwell from the lobby to the rooms appropriately require a room key to be accessed. However, the door from the lobby to the stairwell did not latch if it closed itself. This meant that after a guest walks out of the stairwell, the door remains ajar and anyone from the lobby could access the rooms. I alerted several individuals at the front desk about this but it was never resolved during my 5 nights there.
I had the privilege to stay for 6 nights in this wonderful hotel. First, the incourt architecture itself is amazing. You keep admiring how they did this amazing turn of the ruined Molitor swimmingpool into a first class hotel. And how well it is all maintanced&cleaned. Second, it feels like staying in an oasis, in the middle of the bruising city of Paris. So nice to relax and have a good swim after a day being busy. Third- and the most precious- in a real good hotel the key value is service and personal attitude. At Molitor, this runs through their veins. Therefore, a huge compliment to all of the staff. With a special thank you, how I was upgraded to a Pool suite. Highly appreciated. Merci bien! Will come back.
The Room: Disappointing for a 5-star rating. While the bed was comfortable, the room was small, the decor was uninspired, and the shower water never reached a satisfactory temperature. Technology is outdated (iPhone-only speakers), though the complimentary minibar was appreciated. The Amenities: Exceptional. The dual indoor/outdoor pool setup is spectacular and arguably unique for Paris. The gym, sauna, and steam room are excellent additions to the stay. Service: Mixed. Housekeeping was professional and thorough. However, the reception staff were slow and unresponsive. Multiple requests to resolve maintenance issues went ignored, and the front desk was often unreachable by phone after 9 PM. Overall, the service quality does not align with the hotel's luxury branding. Location: Quiet and safe neighborhood, but except if you're going to Roland Garros, it's not an interesting location and it's far from everything. Closest subway station is a 10-min walk away.
Brilliant 4 nights at the Molitor. Family of 4 with perfect adjoining rooms looking over the pool. Very comfy bed. Fantastic pools and very cool artwork around the hotel. Perfect location for PSG match and only €20 for a taxi into the centre of Paris. The staff were fantastic. So helpful. Only slight down side was the food menu was quite limited as the lunch menu was the same as the dinner menu for the whole stay. Would have thought the dinner menu would be different to lunch as got a bit samey. Breakfast was excellent.
Had a wonderful experience at Molitor Rooftop! The food was absolutely delicious and we had such a lovely time. The place itself is beautiful, with an exceptional view and a great location in Paris. The service was also incredibly efficient and attentive. A truly beautiful spot for a special moment. Highly recommend! ✨
NOT THE EMPLOYEES ... THEY WERE NICE ... BUT This is not a 5-star hotel... not the rooms, not the building, not the facilities, not the vibe, not the restaurant, not the food.... Whoever is investing in this (the chain, I mean) has to reconsider or pay more attention. I mean more, more, more attention. I am sure that they don't have top management to do the check and the morning brief every day and ask what to do ... they don't have a customer experience team because apparently they don't care ... if they cared, my review would be different for sure. For someone who works in communication, experience, and wellbeing... that was the worst visit to Paris I have ever had. Hotel Management, you have my contact. I am ready to elaborate more. If you care.
Excellent location and a truly outstanding hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations Manager and the receptionist. My car was immediately taken care of and parked in the hotel garage without delay. I had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, with both the food and service meeting a very high standard. The room was simply amazing, offering a beautiful view over the swimming pool. I also had the pleasure of enjoying a spa treatment, which was absolutely excellent — one of the best massages I have experienced. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, providing quick and professional service at all times. I particularly appreciated having a chat with the Hotel Manager who is an outstanding professional and a genuinely great person. I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return.
