I can't believe but it seems they deleted (hide?) my honest review about too good to go. So i'm writing this from another account. They sell a large quantity of paniers, around five each day, yet cancelled more than three times just before the collection time. Refunds take three whole weeks, and have you ever considered how we feel when our dinner plans suddenly disappeared and we had to go out in the cold and dark to buy food? Considering your shop's location, I believe it's possible to publish the exact number of paniers without cancellations just before closing time and sell them all out. Recently French reviews are full of fakes, mostly accounts giving 5-star ratings without a word, while they have almost no actual reviews posted. I realised this place is not an exception. I assumed the high ratings meant good service and quality, but I was simply deceived by false reviews. I have no intention of shopping here again, but I hope their irresponsible handling of Too Good To Go basket sales doesn't lead to more people feeling sad. I sincerely hope they start approaching their work with a more considerate and ethical mindset.

Very good savoury and sweet options. Lady serving was friendly and helpful. One small feedback: consider having bags for customers if they buy more than few items of things.

Please be careful when purchasing surprise bags from Too Good To Go. They sell multiple bags and then cancel irresponsibly. Refunds take over two weeks. This is the first shop I've had a cancellation with Too Good To Go, and it's happened twice with this shop. Any shop that does such things clearly looks down on its customers. very annoying and terrible managers, embarrassing! again. they cancelled too good to go panier. They sell a lot of amount and cancelled all? reall? unbelievable. no respect to customers. should avoid.

Beautiful, tasty food and desserts, a bit pricey but worth every penny. The music was lovely and calm. It would be nice if tables/chairs were cleaned swiftly before the next customer sits down.

Wonderful croissants! So much so that we called in for coffee and croissants every morning of our visit to Rennes.
