We ate at the restaurant in this hotel which is newly opened. When we arrived we were told there was a special menu with only two options (neither of which were vegetarian and one of the party was vegetarian). They had not mentioned that the regular menu was off as it was new year. We were 6 children and 4 adults and when the food arrived only 4 of the kids plates arrived. After 10 mins we asked not to have the remaining two and the kids shared their 4 plates between 6. The food was ok but not amazing. At the end of the meal the manager insisted on charging us for the two kids plates even though they hadn’t arrived 10 minutes after the others. The kids menu was €25 for a drink (squash), chicken and chips, and a pudding. The adult menu was €55 for 3 courses. Overall the ambience was nice but to have to argue with the manager at the end having been charged for two meals that never arrived was completely ridiculous. Terrible customer service for a new restaurant. I would not recommend.

Very nice apartment 1 bedroom building closest to the lift Pre-Novel around 100 metres. Perfectly equipped, even a Nespresso machine, and a classic one. Just a note, there is a microwave but not a real oven.||Very clean, just as the main building where the spa is located. Excellent outdoor pool 28ºC access from the gym, hanmam ,sauna and jacuzzi 33ºC area under the stars! Bakery goods ordered the day before for pickup at reception, the best I’ve had in a ski resort. ||Heated ski lockers, a big advantage for having dry boots the next day.||Quiet building, with a views of the valley or ski slopes. Villages are a walk away or take the navettes (although they don’t run very late). More of a family resort don’t expect anything for après-ski. Great surprise, free covered parking incase you do want to go out, or as we did go up to Bonneval Sur Arc for a day (highly recommended for advanced skiers).||A few things that were a little odd, the couch bed pulls out and the feet bring the level up to the normal sitting height of the couch. One of the mattresses must have been replaced so there was a height difference. There is a good television that is wall mounted but the table is in the kitchen thus not possible to watch from anywhere other than sitting on the couch. A free standing mount on the buffet would be better.|Excellent reception kudos to all of you who work so hard to keep clients happy.||Overall an excellent choice, and value for a quality residence with a perfectly usable pool and spa. Highly recommended, we will likely be back.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment while skiing here. The apartment was very well equipped and there was enough space for us all. | The beds were comfy and we had a nice balcony. |There was a restaurant and pool in the main building. The kids loved the outdoor (heated) pool. |The bar was nice and the restaurant was ok. |The staff here were all very helpful and friendly. ||The apartments were about 200m from the slopes and it’s possible to ski straight into the rear of the main building.
