I had a wonderful experience at Madura in Lyon. Delphine, the sales associate, was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. She offered professional and insightful advice on curtain options, and took the time to kindly share recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the city. Her warm demeanor, combined with her expertise, made my visit truly enjoyable. I greatly appreciated her attention and generosity. Highly recommended.
The shop was rather busy during my visit. Despite the long wait, I, as a client, was acknowledged and eventually tended to. The sales person was polite and helpful. I finally placed an order via online portal at the shop for I needed my order to be shipped to Switzerland. All is well.
