Was invited to give a dance class initiation with my partner. As I come from a foreign country by car I asked the Security very gently where I could Park. As there is no carpark available and I gave a class, they said I could Park just next to the Security and main entrance. I thanked them for their help! Later when I went Back home another security guard was VERY unfriendly and started to tell me in a very agressive way that this is the first and last time I can Park there. That his collègue made a mistake (so that is my fault?) and that it is the last time I park there. People are so unfriendly in Paris, I don't even understand what makes them so unhappy! not a nice experience and a man who does not well his job because of him, I will never come back. also the woman who worked with him (she speaks arabic and french) was very unfriendly as I wanted to bring some food inside because the restaurant was closed and there was only pizza or kebab. as a diabetic I don't eat this. I really needed food becaus I had a hypoglycemia. I even showed her my ibsuline pump and my values in deep red. i was shaking because of the lack of sugar. she did not want to let me in. these people should get a class in human relations and how to help people in need! shame on them! horrible
Nice restaurant fully vegetarian with vegan options. And great value for money with the menu (16e for starter, main and dessert). Loved the aubergine and the dessert. My only feedback would be on the tabbouleh that was a bit light in veggies. The place has a cantine/brocante vibe, with many tables inside and a terrace. It really fits the surroundings.
Pretty nice place. A bit out-centered and far off the metro station. It’s quite big. The beer selection is super good as well as the hot wine. There’s a cool playground for kids. I believe there’s animations every weekend ? Last weekend there was a second hand market which was pretty cool.
I absolutely love the vibes at La Cité fertile. Have been several times for various markets and events. At Christmas I enjoyed ramen and dancing there during a Japanese market and in spring I found some stunning new items of clothing at the Britney market! I’ve been several evenings for a casual drink and had brunch there once too. The brunch wasn’t great though, I wouldn’t go for it again. The formule was quite expensive for what it was. But overall I love it there and I’ll always go back! :)
It’s a complete dump. What a shame that it’s not better maintained because could be something special. Biergarten is rustic and ok at best. Restaurant is filthy as are the toilets.
A newly established area that will show you everything (or almost everything) you wanted to know about sustainability. Plentitude of events, seminars, workshops and overall activities - including concerts - check their calendar. There’s a teepee for meditation and a greenhouse where you can buy plants. Some food options and a beergarten. For the Sunday brunch at their restaurant, make a reservation beforehand. Cool vibes, especially in summer. In the outskirts of Paris, but easily accessible with RER.
Bravo les jeunes !!! A find if you can find it. One these ephemeral places. Go now this summer Check Internet for programs .
Delicious BBQ! Cauliflower and homemade sauce are incredible. Sweet ice tea🥤, pain de campagne and salade verte 🥗 Awesome big outdoor space with lots of tables, ping pong and long chairs.
