Always a reliable milk tea option that now has a branch in this lovely city. Staff were nice and the tea was as expected. I like the option of ordering using the machines but it became more confusing than anything. Still a good experience in getting a consistent milk tea product.

Literally the worst matcha milk tea and chocolate drink we ever had! 🥲 We went in there because it’s a well known and reputable tea branch in Asia, so we thought there would be standard tasting tea but noooo! If you have time for the wait, I recommend the strawberry matcha 50% sweet! I took advantage of the weekday student discount and treated myself with the chewy mochi, vanilla, passionfruit and pistachio.

My god!! The staff an older lady with a mole and a younger lady who is around a darker skin colour were super rude and ignorant to me! I stood in the cashier line because I didn’t have a card with me and they never went to get my order and even looked me in the eye but yet didn’t even come to serve be despite me standing there for over 30+ minutes straight!! Terrible service I may say!!! I finally got my order after around 50+ minutes because a friend paid by card for me. I am a timid person and don’t like to make a scene but these two workers completely ignored me, I said excuse me in French a couple times and they completely blank ignore me! I come from Singapore and I expected at least decent service like I get there but NO! They treat me with utmost disrespect and don’t care whether I was standing there as if I was invisible. Please fix this with your staff I liked the man who was actually good and assisted me in the cashier lane without me saying anything. That is true customer support not what those two ladies did. I expect better performance from a renowned place. I went to San Francisco the Asian server amazing! Fast and quick easy to order with cash, Singapore same thing people easy to help assisted me when needed, but oh when I come to Strasbourg and see this kind of service by the women? Terrible it ruined my experience by showing me people don’t care here as much, please fix this for future visitors as it isn’t a good feeling standing in a line for over 30 minutes and being ignored. The lady grabbed the orders from the electronic machines INFRONT OF ME and still ignores me.

The worst taro milk tea I’ve ever had. Completely different from the one I had in Seoul. Very crowded and not worth waiting.

DON'T COME NEAR TO THIS PLACE! You will have to pay in the machine on the entrance, there is only 1 worker that will work on the order. there are many people that waiting on the first floor, we waited more than 25 minutes and didn't got anything, when tried to cancel our order there is no one to talk to, we was given an email address to request a refund but till now no one wrote us back!

I ordered a matcha bubble tea with tapioca pearls and milk foam. I didn't like the milk foam ( in my opinion) The tapioca pearls were really good, and the matcha was good too. You can easily go there to study because the atmosphere is calm. I recommend it Thanks to you have a nice day

Really good tea and wonderful staff. I am especially impressed with Yassir who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our drinks. At first the tea was a bit too bitter for me and Yassir made so many suggestions to improve the taste. In the end we added more milk and it was perfect! They also gave us free blueberry waffle which taste amazing. Highly recommend!
