Very nice hotel, newly renovated and now a welcome addition to the Hilton group . Rooms of a good size and comfortable. Both Bein and Canal sport available ..not often seen that! |Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is tasty. Not a massive selection on offer but most importantly the quality is high. |Safe parking and easy access to the ring road around Lyon or airport access. |Easy to recommend!

Very nice well groomed, pretty new hotel. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is ok, personnel friendly. The location and reception is strange. It sais "hilton", it sais "spark" it sais "parkest" now what is it? Am I at the correct address?? 🤔 Further: the access roads are only for cars. I needed to be in an office 200 meters away in the new industry area. I had to take a taxi, impossible to walk 🤷🏻‍♂️

We stayed here Friday 17/4 Second time (last time it was still Parkest) Great hotel / Spotlessly clean ... Quiet rooms / well appointed and staff very friendly We will definitely be back.....

Everyone was kind and accommodating, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, there is a restaurant on site, and it is conveniently located near the airport. We plan to return!

My recent stay here was quite disappointing. - No laundry on weekends. -Bar is closed on the weekends. -Bar closes at 8PM during the week. -Vending machines were broken and not restocked. -Breakfast was dismal at best. Items were not restocked throughout the week and became more limited each day. -The cleaning staff disposed of prescription medications I had in my room, leaving me in a foreign country without medication.
