Perfect hotel! 🏨 💫🥰 Since i traveled to many hotels, this one is one of my favorite, warm welcome upon check-in to the hotel, as well upon check out (very quick with no problems), we had spacious Room, with all amenities needed. In hotel all staff is so kind and helpful. Hotel have spa and fitness. Everything was extremely clean (what is very important for me). The breakfast was also amazing ( I liked fresh orange juice maker ) Hotel is located near metro stop that goes to city center, so is near to all main attractions. The neighborhood is safe. I really enjoyed my stay in your hotel, and definitely I’ll be back, thanks for all 😊🤍

Staying here was the absolute highlight of my time in Paris, and I want everyone visiting the city to experience this hotel at least once.||The building is modern, perfectly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. But what makes this place special is the people—the staff are all so warm and always welcomed me with a smile. They were incredibly kind and professional.||Also, don’t miss the breakfast buffet! It was so delicious that I couldn’t help but eat a bit too much every morning. I also loved the common space near the entrance; it has such a relaxed and cozy atmosphere where you can work or enjoy tea with friends.||I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris! I regret to say that my stay at Yac Clichy Hotel was an absolute nightmare. I booked the "superior room with terrace," which was supposed to be the largest and most luxurious option. Instead, I was greeted by what can only be described as a cramped box. The room was tiny, and the heating system was ineffective, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Strangely, the bathroom was much larger than the bedroom, and they couldn’t even fit a wardrobe in the bedroom—just a coat rack for your clothes!To make matters worse, the amenities were subpar. The pool was freezing, the jacuzzi didn’t function properly, and the sauna was lukewarm at best. I asked for cutlery to be brought to my room, only to be told I had to go downstairs myself and was handed plastic cutlery and cups. How is this acceptable for a "superior" room?There was no desk or chair in the room to work from, and no fridge or microwave for guests to use, which made it incredibly inconvenient. And the staff? Don’t even get me started. François, in particular, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Customer service training is definitely needed. The level of disrespect me and my wife incurred from this individual was shocking. I genuinely believe Francois is ****** and should be removed from the organisation. Additionally, they charged me 40 euros for a late checkout, but when I asked for any official documentation regarding this fee or the cost for additional services, they couldn’t provide anything. It’s clear this hotel is run by crooks.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else—anywhere else! Paying a little extra for a better hotel with attentive staff will be well worth it. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want your Paris vacation ruined!

I had the most amazing experience at Hotel YAC Paris Clichy and I would totally recommend anyone to stay at this hotel the next time they’re in Paris. Although it’s not super central the location is very good and well connected, therefore it’s also more quiet, which I really appreciate. The rooms are great, well equipped, spacious and overall the whole property is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. The staff is very attentive, kind and helpful in all your needs. I especially want to thank the lovely lady who checked me in, a true professional, super friendly and made my stay perfect in every aspect! I had the most wonderful birthday weekend in Paris and can’t wait to be back soon! ❤️

Had an absolutely great experience staying at the hotel. Great value for money. The room was beautiful, bed very comfy, and ideal for a short stay (I stayed in one of the smaller rooms). The Sauna was a great plus, as well as a small, but well equipped gym. The Regina pizza was divine, when ordering room service! Must try! While the location isn’t central ‘romantic’ Paris, it is very close to the Mairie de Clichy Metro station that takes you to the centre of Paris, with trains running approximately every 2 minutes. Will gladly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at YAC Radisson Clichy, and what stood out most was the exceptional warmth and attentiveness of the staff. While the hotel itself offers amenities in line with a good 4 star property (minus the storage situation in the room - lacks closet space of any kind), it’s the people who make the experience feel so much more special. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine. One moment that really stayed with us was on the night of the 10th. We got back late from an event, around 11:30 PM, after the kitchen had already closed. When we enquired about food as we were really hungry, Etienne at the front desk went out of his way to make us pizza and had it delivered to our room. That level of care, especially so late at night, meant a lot. Laure was absolutely delightful throughout our stay- always smiling, proactive, and ready to help with anything big or small. She even helped print my VAT form when I had no idea where to get it done. On arrival, the other staff were equally kind, helping us with our luggage when we were tired and overwhelmed with multiple bags. A special mention to Jinal, who truly saved the day. We accidentally left behind a brand new bag and only realised once we had reached the airport. She coordinated seamlessly with the Uber driver to ensure it got back to us in time, and even followed up afterwards. That kind of end-to-end accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. We were originally booked here through Marathon Tours & Travels, so finding this hotel felt like serendipity but we will absolutely choose to stay here again on our future visits to Paris. Highly recommend for anyone who values genuine hospitality!

We stayed here with our family for three days and had a great experience. The kids absolutely loved the spa and swimming pool, and having connecting rooms was very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area, and the nearby underground makes it easy to reach the Champs-Élysées.

Stayed here for one night. Beautiful hotel in a good location. Easily accessible, with good transport links and many shops nearby. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing, however, not very practical. There wasn’t anywhere to sit other than the bed; no hooks to hang towels, and the toilet (room) was very small. The room was freezing and despite numerous calls to reception, it did not heat up whatsoever. The night receptionist told us that he had set the temperature to 28 degrees, but in the morning on checkout we were advised that the highest temperature in the rooms was 21 degrees - so we were lied to. Ended up sleeping in jumpers, even under the duvet. So that was the biggest downer.
