We bought two Sofas from Coup de Soleil that we had been looking at for a year. We felt well advised by the staff in the shop, who were very friendly at each visit to the shop. The delivery to our home was quite complicated, which we flagged before ordering (i.e. the sofas needed to be lifted up a 3.5m wall onto our terrace to be able to get it into our lounge room). The delivery company that Coup de Soleil worked with was able to accommodate this. We did explain the difficulty also with the delivery company directly when they called to make an appointment for delivery. This was definitely an advantage compared to ordering through a more anonymous website, as we could assure ourselves beforehand that there would be no bad surprise at time of delivery (happened with the previous sofas we had ordered and we had to send them back). I would purchase something at Coup de Soleil again. Thank you.
