We went with a tour group that took us about 40 minutes by boat to get here. I enjoyed the snorkeling and the hike up to see the ocean view, but it was steep, so be prepared! Was about $6 for the hike. Customer service on the island was great for drinks and such. You do have to pay to use the bathrooms every time, so just be prepared and have some coins. Dolphins actually chased our boat on the way back! We got to see the wild pigs and white tailed deer on the island as well.
Fantastic place — my kids absolutely love it here. There are tons of slides, climbing areas, and activities, and it really does cater well to all ages. If I could, I’d give Tortuga 4.5 stars. A few small improvements would make the experience truly perfect: • Staff presence in the play area There’s never any staff visible inside the main play zone; they only stay at the entrance desks. A roaming presence would make a big difference, especially: 1. At the trampolines with the TV screens, to help move children along once they’ve had their turn — parents are currently having to police this, and sometimes kids stay 10–15 minutes without rotating. 2. Near the larger slides, where I’ve seen some rough behaviour, including kids trying to send the small motorbikes down the slides. 3. By the helicopters upstairs, where it can be dangerous getting out of the helicopters if the ones in front aren’t pushed fully forward to the starting point. Most of the time, parents are manually pushing them ahead to create enough space for children to exit safely. Some supervision here would really help. • Hot food only starts at 11:30 Starting a little earlier, even at 11:00, would mean we’d be more likely to stay for lunch instead of heading elsewhere. • Cleanliness There is quite a bit of dust and dirt in various areas. I appreciate that it’s a large space and hard to keep spotless, but a slightly more regular clean would go a long way.
This is so far my favorite indoor playing area around me. Only around 20 min drive from Geneva, and is suitable for all ages. My 4 year old had a blast there.
A nice place for children to have fun. The food is a bit overpriced but still reasonable. The staff was friendly and some of them spoke English. The toilets were clean and were cleaned several times on the day of our visit. I didn't like the fact that you need coins for a lot of things. Paying with euros would be better, then you don't have to keep going to the cash register to exchange money. One coin costs two euros and the attractions cost 1-2 coins. The main thing is that my son had fun, we spent many hours here. In the afternoon it got very busy but that's normal for such establishments.
Exceptional friendly staff and great adventure place for kids and families as well
We had an absolutely delightful experience at this amazing place, which caters perfectly to both kids and adults. My child had a fantastic time exploring all the fun activities, and his laughter filled the air as he engaged in play. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making our visit truly memorable.
Nice place for kids of all ages. There is a specific place for kids under 2 years old. The food is good and not too expensive, however it could be cleaner.
We were warmly welcomed by Julia who greeted us with a smile and took the time to explain how the games worked. The place is well organized and the staff are all very friendly with Julia making our visit extra special. The food was tasty even though the menu had limited options. Overall it was absolutely worth the trip for a fun family day out!
