I like to share my experience at the store, I went to try my luck getting any stainless steel Rolex, first I was told nothing is available, after brief conversation lady told me if I buy another watch for my wife ( Bvlgari ) she will get me Rolex I want.

The staff was friendly but I had to ask them to have a look at some bvlgari watches, they didn't really take care of me and they didn't even hesitate to ask for a coffee. When I was trying on watches the salesman didn't talk a lot to me but instead he was busy with his laptop.

disgusting attitude of the security guard and the Asian worker. my husband and I wanted to order a rolex watch, to which the woman refused, saying that we should buy it in our own country. we said that we have a house in Eze and we live in France. but she still very rudely continued to answer that we should order from where we come from. we explained that there is no rolex in Latvia, to which she replied that we should fly to neighboring countries. this woman did not even know that Latvia is the European Union. in general, a complete lack of competence, rude attitude. in Monaco the service is 100 times better. it is better not to go to Nice

The store is beautiful, tons of watches and things to see. We discovered the brand Buccellati here and have started my wife’s new beautiful collection. Ludovic is exceptional, the best and most knowledgeable person about watches and jewelry we’ve come across.

Great service. Quick processing of transaction. Will have to see if VAT refund will also be quick.
