I recently checked in here with a large group. While the gentleman on reception at check-in was very nice and helpful, the rest of our stay was incredibly disappointing. When issues arose with the rooms, I went downstairs to address them. The woman claiming to be the manager was remarkably rude and dismissive. When I asked her not to shout at me, she resorted to name-calling—seemingly unaware that I speak and understand a little French. The room conditions were completely unacceptable: Flooding & Drainage: The shower completely flooded the bathroom upon use. Three other rooms in our group experienced the exact same issue. On top of that, the drains had a terrible smell. Comfort & Amenities: The beds were very uncomfortable, and none of the air conditioning worked. Noise: The walls are incredibly thin; we could clearly hear neighboring TVs and any conversation in the corridor. Speaking with other guests, it was clear we weren't alone. Many were experiencing the same issues and were treated with the same unhelpful, unpleasant attitude by the staff. ⚠️ CRITICAL NOTE FOR SCHOOL GROUPS: The windows in the rooms open fully with no restrictors, which poses a significant safety concern if you are traveling with students or young children. Between the poor maintenance, broken amenities, and shocking lack of professional management, I cannot recommend this hotel. We stayed here on our way back from Disney, and it was a great stopover for our family. The room was simple but very clean, and the beds were comfy. It’s a convenient and affordable option for a quick overnight stay. The only downside was the paid parking, but we were aware of that before arriving, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free place to rest up before heading home.

Great super budget hotel. We stayed in the micro family room and it was a great budget base for Disneyland 20 minutes drive away. Rooms are compact but very clean and functional. Bathroom in our room had recently been refurbished and was great. Breakfast was nice but basic and dining room was kept well stocked and clean. I went with low expectations based on other reviews and honestly I just don't know what their problem was 🤷🏻‍♂️. Basic but great little budget hotel. Would happily stay here again.
