The worst experience in my life! So frustrating! On saturday they gave me a time slot and then decided to appear earlier, i was not at home. Then resechedule for monday, the costume service confirm me it was going to be on monday. Then monday arrives and they decided to postpone the delivieries. So it was for Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I even received an message saying they were going to deliver between 11-12h. After 1h they say something its wrong it my postal code (it isn't) and then postpone again for the next day. I had to call and say I'll go myself to the agency to pick my package. How can you be so unprofessional and useless?! You been already at my adress and now you say something its wrong with the postal code?! EDIT: One package got to my home but I still have to go pick the other at he agency. I made an order at Leroy Merlin and it was 2 packages. Why separate them? Why are they not delievered together?! Its the same order, same client and they come separate, why? So many questions...But the promisse its I will never make business with chronopost!
The best delivery I have got since I came to France. The delivery guy has a good attitude to work. The company has an effective communication going on. Keep it up!
The only worst company you can use to transfert your goods. I was supposed to receive my goods since 19th of January and till now i got nothing and they kept lying to the person that sent the goods to me that i am the one in fault
One of the bad companys in france govt should band it coz my family pay in japan for 5 kg items and send it to me to france and when it recih here the charge me 100 euro more for name of country servies realy lie company and the worker are to much bad i will never use it qny more
The worst company that supports parcel theft! Unbelievable. My parents sent me a 18kg parcel with my winter clothes and shoes from my country to France via EMS. Unfortunately, in France, EMS deliveries are handled by Chronopost. The parcel arrived at the Lille hub and then "got lost" during delivery. It's absolutely clear that it was stolen— even the delivery guy confirmed it in his messages (gave me number bc “promise to deliver”, that ofc never happened) This is outrageous, deeply frustrating, and disgusting. Customer support is completely useless—they just told me to contact the postal service in my country, even though everything was sent correctly on their end. It makes no sense at all. NEVER USE THAT SERVICE, especially if it’s international or valuable parcels
The Chronopost never tries to contact their customers and make the delivery possible. Always missing my phone number in their system and just pretends they have tried to deliver, then drop my parcel in a place in the middle of no where and ask me to pick up. It's already the third time. You don't deserve earning any of our money for providing rubbish service like this. To anyone who is receiving international parcels in France, NEVER USE EMS NOR CHRONOPOST. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
It’s a fraud with no support at all. They don’t even try to deliver, but now my grandma has to go to the post and take 34kg parcel herself
A useless service that does not work. 1 day delivery takes 5 days.don’t spend your money here as it is a waste
