I have never ever seen a service like that!!! The worst ever. I have been waiting for 1 hour with my 1 year old child. The receptionist started an argument when she was asked why we need to wait and if it’s possible to ask doctor to hurry up or put us in a priority. Looks like there were 2 -3 people before me when I arrived to the clinic 10 min prior to my scheduled time. In brief, the receptionist (afro-french or middle-east-french lady, I didn’t pay much attention to that) was extremely rude, said that if I don’t like that I wait I can go to another hospital. And then the worst happens, after 1 hour of wait, we went to the cabinet, of course by that time the baby was crying as he was hungry. He wasn’t lying still in the couchette, so the doctor said that he will sedate him in case he will not be calm. This is not the first time we do the radiologie for the baby, as all previous times he was calm and steady. And then when the baby continued to cry the doctor yelled at the baby which made him cry even worse. Then doctor and I made a conclusion that it’s impossible to do the examination , as the baby cries. Of course, after 1 hour of wait and stress that we’ve been through while waiting and listening to the receptionist telling other people that we have complained on the wait!!!!We Took our stuff and left, the visit wasn’t facturés. If you still think of visiting this horrible clinic think twice if you want to waste your time and money. Hope this review will be seen by this clinics management as well. P.S. lucky you you’re not in US where this king of behavior will lead to legal sentences Questions to management: 1) why do you keep stuff like that in the front line of communication with clients? I didnt even hear a “we are so sorry you have waiting” instead I heard an argument in my address 2) if you know that you have a constant delay in queue, at least warn your clients about that. From the secretary to the échographiste everyone have been incredible. The secretary really diligent, clear and helpfull and the échographiste took the time to explain me in detail what he was seeing and checking on the monitor.

Céleste Desprez worst medical staff ever No manner... no communication level neither empathy ... I m not sure she have any skills neither... Run ... don't go there for echography ...

La personne à l’accueil devrait au minimum être aimable et respectueuse envers les patients. Je comprends parfaitement qu’une ordonnance soit obligatoire, mais ce n’est pas une raison pour parler aux gens avec condescendance. Son rôle est aussi d’accueillir, d’informer et d’orienter les patients avec courtoisie. Au lieu de cela, j’ai eu droit à une réponse sèche, sans aucune écoute ni volonté de comprendre la situation. Un peu de professionnalisme et de bienveillance ne coûterait rien et ferait toute la différence. Si l’on n’est pas capable de faire preuve d’un minimum de respect et d’amabilité envers les patients, il faudrait peut-être se demander si ce métier est fait pour soi.

Consultation très décevante pour une échographie de grossesse. J'ai eu la nette impression de déranger ce médecin, qui semblait pressé d'en finir avec l'examen. Elle n'a pas du tout insisté pour essayer de faire les clichés en 3D que je demandais. Un grand manque d'écoute et d'empathie pour un moment pourtant si important pour nous dommage nom du medecinMarion DALEY amelioré c est interaction serai un plus
