Beware! We had a delayed ferry so were unable to make our check in time before 5pm. We advised the host of this as soon as this ferry timetable changed (over 12 hours before check in) and asked if we could check in the next day instead since they couldn’t facilitate a late check in. Instead they just cancelled our full 3 day booking with no refund. Definitely took advantage of our misfortune which was out of our control. It would not have inconvenienced them at all to let us check in during the next days check in hours. Easy cash grab & we luckily found other accommodation who were more than accommodating (just left us massively out of pocket & a bit stressed :( )

Reservation was done on booking with no free cancellation, checkin possible only for 2h with absolutely no exceptions. I could have arrived in time, but they promised free cancelation over the phone, so i cancelled to enjoy my only holiday this year (and i was also confused about the 500 EUR deposit in cash). They lied and charged me in full.

BIGGEST SCAM. I've received an email around 5pm saying the reservation was not completed because there was something wrong with my card. After 1 hour trying to fix it. When I finally managed to update the card details and letting the hotel know we were arriving at around 19.:30. They've messaged back saying check in was only from 3pm until 5pm and that we were not going to stay. They could have mentioned that when they've sent an email at 5pm saying the payment didn't go through. Instead they fooled me and kept my money and we ended without a hotel. Such a scam of a place. Stay away.

Stay away from this scam... They accepted my reservation knowing I was arriving at night, then they called only when it was too late (5pm) to do it. On top, they asked me to cancel, never approved the cancellation and they charged me with a no-show. Took my money when I know they were not even ready to receive me. It is a scam, stay away from them! They don't even have pictures in Booking for a reason.

This is a scam, they get you to pay and then have multiple reasons to not open to you. And you find yourself homeless... Though you have paid! I'll go check with the police this week, these people need to get a taste of jail! Neighbours told me sometimes they change name, when too many complaints accumulate... Effectively it's just a normal building entrance, no sign of hotel or B&B. FUYEZ! ARNAQUE!

If payed instantly with credit card- block card right away, this will stop the transaction, not much can be done afterwards, you can also ask the creditcard company to cancel Transaktion, i ordered a new creditcard or banking card for 10$ than rather giving away a cancelation fee at booking. com. Please also right a complaint to the website you ordered from. People like these should not be allowed for long

SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. CHECK-IN TIMES ARE ONLY OPEN 2 HOURS AND THEY DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU CANT MAKE IT FOR WHATEVER REASON. Have informed booking.com but the T&Cs are their scam so watch out! Avoid this property!

The same experience as in other comments. Be aware and book this place!
