Location could be closer to Nice-Ville, but otherwise the place is perfect. Bed is comfy and the place is clean. They offer a cute little mini croissant when you arrive. Very adorable

I booked this studio for almost three weeks based on a high score and the reviews mentioning how comfortable and clean the place. I had the opposite experience. First of all, the studio is not the same like on the photos: it's more basic. But that was fine. The problem was - the condition of it - it was very bad. On the only table there were big cigarette burns just in the middle of it. The cigarette burns and stains were on the curtains that were dirty and not ironed. The kitchen kettle was old and full of limescale. The kitchen utilities were in a very poor condition and there was a very bad smell from the refrigerator - the food I stored there had this smell later. The next day I saw very strange spots on the sofa that looked like somebody instead of going to the restroom went there. That was horrible and disgusting. Additionally, there was no staff at the property to address the issues. For two nights I spent there the manager Hugo was answering once per 24 hours. The property agreed to adjust the reservation for two nights I stayed and refund for the rest of the days. But honestly it doesn't compensate of how uncomfortable and bad I was feeling there. If I saw it before, I would never come there.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Serafina. From the beginning, Hugo's communication was super - really informative and helpful. The apartment was lovely - clean, tidy and comfortable. Hot water all the time and great shower pressure, and very comfortable bed - we loved the giant duvet (as a couple who usually has a duvet war :). Delicious pastries from the boulangerie 2 mins away, and a really big supermarket (Super U) about 5 mins walk away. We did have to re-wash the crockery before using, but this was a quick job and didn't bother us. We liked the espresso machine too, bring your own pods if you'd like a coffee on arrival. The location was great, our room was quiet and peaceful, we slept very well. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, was perfect for our budget and we would be very happy to stay there again. Merci encore, Hugo!

We have enjoyed the stay at this villa. The apartment was just perfect for us. It was clean, it had all the tools you need to cook yourself some meals. If you are traveling to explore the city it is the perfect location everything is nearby, tram stations, bus station, train stations as well. We will come back shure!

It was our first visit of Nice. We could not choose better where to stay. Owner was very friendly, he even solved for us the issue with keys when we arrived. Apartment is large enough for extended weekend in the city, you can cook your own food inside, also there is balcony where you can drink tasty rosé wine or drink coffee in morning. It is located in awesome quiet area. Around corner there is grocery store, across the tram railway is bakery. 3 min of walking up the main street is tram stop, which gets you to city centre and to beach promenade in 15 minutes. 10 min of walking in direction to port there is Riquier train station, where you can hop on train to Cannes or to Monaco. Love this place. Very recommended.

Beautiful apartment and the host is very helpful. He gave us a lot of good tips for travel. Plus he also gave us the room 4-5 hours before check in yo accommodate our flight timings and we highly appreciate it. The place is conveniently located at walking distance from the metro station and has beautiful balconies. I would highly recommend staying here.

A great base to explore Nice from just minutes walk from the tram, from the Airport take the tram to the centre come up to the ground level head to C&A to get on the other tram do this all for 1.50 euro's. Apartment clean and had just enough crockery great balcony to have a drink on. Very quiet night for a city location. Thanks

Well positioned, in a quiet street near the tram stop. Generally well equipped, with an odd thing missing here and there. Good for a short stay.
