Long lines to get inside, expect very slow security check at the gate. Unfriendly and rude staff. Don't expect any good specially if you don't speak perfect French.

Enjoyed a week by the lakes with the family. Stayed on the large tent with bathroom. Was clean and well equipped. The central lodge was a bit small (especially when it rained) but well equipped.

Visited in July as a tent camper and it was very full and noisey. This time we returned in a chalet in October. Totally different experience! Beautiful views, empty beach. The heated pool almost to ourselves. Calm environment. No queues for the accro branche which is just next door. No restaurants open, but the baker delivery in the morning and the snacks were fine with the food we had brought with us. Highly recommend! Ps. The chalet has basic beds. Like sleeping on an ikea clic clac. But better than a camping mat!

We had an amazing stay at Huttopia Aiguebelette with our 2 young children. They both had the best time! The facilities were fantastic, and the heated swimming pool was a clear winner for the whole family. The playground has the most stunning views, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained: board games, table football, bike rentals, and the always-popular pizza night. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. And of course, the nearby lake is the highlight. There’s even a lovely restaurant nearby when you need a break from cooking. The surrounding area is simply outstanding. We would highly recommend this campsite to any family looking for a fun, relaxing, and scenic getaway!

My family had a wonderful and welcoming stay at Huttopia Lac d’Aiguebelette. The scenery is stunning, with a beautiful lake to swim in only a short 5 minute walk from the campsite with free access for campers. Added bonus was that the path was pram friendly, and wasn’t too busy when we visited in mid August. Great, clean, facilities (toilets with toilet roll and seats which is hit and miss across other sites we have visited!). Good choice of activities and entertainment on offer…all with a picturesque view of the mountains. We felt very welcomed by the helpful staff, enjoyed our morning croissants and our small children loved playing on the playground. Our pitch (comfort plus) came with a picnic table and was a good size for our campervan set up and kids to play in. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We'd booked a pitch, but didn't end up staying, unfortunately the pitch was unsuitable for our vehicle & the site was full so no alternative. Ingrid couldn't have been more helpful, ringing alternative sites and organising a refund. We found an alternative better suited across the lake.|The site was the usual Huttopia standard, but quite shaded and some really tight pitches, some very sloped, ramps wouldn't level your vehicle. Family friendly & as detailed very helpful staff. Thanks again Ingrid!
