Arrived at them: 7:30 After arriving at the delivery point, they inspected the cargo while I was parked on the road with my hazard lights on, and then they asked me to pull into the yard. I told them the gate was quite narrow and the truck would end up blocking the road. They insisted, so I backed it in as requested. They told me to open the curtain/uncover the trailer, which I did. In the meantime, someone else arrived (an employee or the owner, I have no idea) and stated that their deliveries only start after 8:00 AM, telling me to pack everything up and get out. The clock was like 7:40 at this time. I want to make it clear that I did not enter on my own initiative; I followed their instructions exactly. The person who told me to pack up started shouting and acting like an animal around there. All this time, trucks with French license plates were being unloaded/loaded without any issues (I saw at least two of them). Extremely racist behavior. I pulled out, and after 1 hour and 30 minutes, they called me back in to unload. This meant doing the exact same tight maneuvers all over again, fully loaded at 40 tonnes. After the initial uncovering, I had to open the curtain on the right side as well and use the transpallet to move all the cargo from the left side to the right side because the forklift couldn't reach it. (700kg pallets) If I could, I would give 0 out of 5 stars. I am giving one star only for the guy at the counter, who was very polite, offered me a coffee, and even apologized for the situation. If you are reading this: they don't deserve you, bro.

Bon rapport qualité prix j’ai utiliser leur produit pour rénover ma maison étant ancien professionnel j’ai acheter en tant que particulier pour tester car proche de chez moi je reviendrais pour mes prochain travaux sans hésiter. Equipe agréable.
