Gorgeous villa with amazing views of lake annecy and within walking distance of two beaches, bocci ball courts, tennis courts, water sports, and more. The house was huge with all the amenities we could ask for during our stay. Would 10/10 recommend staying here for your next trip to Annecy!

Everything was perfect from start to finish – the villa itself, the location, the equipment, and the overall atmosphere. The house is beautifully maintained, very well equipped, and offers everything you could wish for a relaxing and special stay. The location is fantastic, and the whole place feels exactly as described (or even better). Communication was great and everything worked perfectly during our stay. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better place to spend our time in France. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience – we would definitely love to come back one day!

Absolutely wonderful five night stay in this beautiful apartment. The host was super accommodating and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The facilities were first class and we could fault nothing. The views from the apartment are stunning and I would highly recommend staying for as long as you can! Definitely deserves five stars!

This property is fantastic. Very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Our favourite space was the balcony area, comfortable seating with outside dining space and a large hot tub, all with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. Perfect for families or groups of 8. Célaine looked after us and was very attentive. 100% would stay here again.

Gorgeous home and conveniently located minutes from the lake. Enjoyed taking the bike out to Annecy and all the way around the lake. Swimming is also available just a few minutes from the house. The house is modern and well-equipped. Most importantly, it has an extremely picture perfect view of the lake and the French Alps from all the main areas and deck! A perfect getaway home to stay at.

Spent a night here with my friends, apartment was just like the photos with an amazing view of the lake and mountains. Host was very friendly and helpful with recommendation during our stay in Annecy. Would highly recommend to stay here to anyone visitIng Annecy :)
