I am a craft beer bar owner and my system for my beer on tap was installed by this company - notably by Olivier and Alex the main guys. They installed a system that was was too big for my needs and it did not work correctly from the start with the beers constantly coughing due to the long lines not having enough pressure to ge the beer all the way up to the tap. They installed 2 giant chillers without properly setting them up so everything froze up (they were set to maximum cold). They installed a CO2 pump/compressor to do sparkling water on tap but again they installed it with a low pressure CO2 gauge unable to provide the 5,5 bars needed for quality bubbly water. They never really explained anything to us about the system and just left us to try to figure out problems on our own - occasionally coming by to “try to help” but never really addressing the problem because I don’t think they know what they are doing. In the end we changed to mixed gaz (Nitrogen with CO2 in order to push a 3 bars) and we had a more professional company come do the remaining modifications after making numerous work requests to ORMTP but they never came. Unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend there services.
