We just had a wonderful 10 day stay at Courcheneige including Half Board. We were very impressed with the level of care shown to our family during our stay. Reception were friendly and helpful - organising a shuttle into town, assisting with delivery of a delayed suitcase and organising a birthday cake for our daughter. Restaurant staff were fabulous - always welcomed in with a smile, they found us a table for lunch even when full of outside skiiers and were so patient every day ensuring my child had dinner and dessert options despite his nut allergy. The food was delicious - we especially loved the duck for dinner and the dessert buffet was incredible! The other food on site was also great - pizzas, burgers and crepes all delicious. Finally, special mention to the boot room - these were the most efficient and professional group I've encountered. Our rental fitting took almost no time, my boots were PERFECT and when my daughter was having issues they quickly swapped her to a more comfortable fitting. Every day we were welcomed to the slopes and assisted with our boots while the skis were put out and ready to go. They quickly learnt our names and room numbers and made all of us feel at home. Overall it was an incredible family holiday and I wish you were closer to Australia so that I could visit every year.

Courcheneige offers a no-nonsense, overall good quality at a reasonable price with a pleasant atmosphere. The location on the Bellecote piste is excellent, ski-in and ski-out. This also means that access to the village is a bit difficult, the easiest is by shuttle bus. Good service at the ski room, your skis and boots are stored and retrieved by the staff. Parking is also exellent in the underground garage, although it's very expensive and it's quite a hike up to the hotel. Fortunately the staff helps with your luggage.

Back again! This hotel has|everything. Fantastic location, best food, (wonderful vegetarian choice and the desserts!!!! 🙌) superb staff, amazing boot room with the THE best staff. |First came here about 30 years ago and keep returning. Every year it gets better. Have tried a few other locations, hotels and resorts but nothing compares. Ski in ski out, mountain views, you don’t have to go n queue in town for lifts first thing, just head up the mountains on ski lift opposite hotel. |We love rooms 303/304, overlooking the slopes. |We’ve had NYE here, great celebrations. |The manager is super friendly and helpful. |We’d never stay anywhere else. |Unpretentious and friendly, unlike some we’ve stayed in here. I’ve seen comments that rooms are smallish and no spa. But that’s reflected in the price. And the rooms are so well planned there’s plenty of packing away space. So roomy enough for us. Plus you don’t spend much time in your room on a skiing holiday. |The lounge and bar area is super cosy, afternoon tea is complimentary, plentiful and all homemade. |Cocktails are fab! |Well done all. 👏🏼 We’ll be back.

While this hotel is not in the main village it means that it is affordable for us mere mortals. The Hotel is excellent as are the staff and management. The food is top notch and the drink affordable. The ski shop is excellent as are the staff. I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough.

Best hotel spot in 1850. Good functional rooms, cracking terrace, lovely bar and restaurant all right on the slopes all at non stupid prices. ||If this place goes, Courchevel 1850 would be far worse for it - there isn’t anywhere like it.||Rest of the resort is full of extortionate hotels, chalets unaffordable to normal Europeans so full of the super rich who generally can’t ski!

The location of the hotel was beautiful and had an amazing time while I was there. I went with a group of lads to soak up the skiing and the bars.|When I returned home I had an extra credit card bill of 425 euros which had been taken out after I had checked out of the hotel. I also had no recollection of spending that on my card. |I called the hotel and they came out with loads of different reasons e.g bar bill, lift pass however these had already been paid. |I spoke to my credit card company who advised the transaction had been manual keyed in by the hotel without my permission or any notification of any outstanding bill on checking out. |I have called the hotel numerous times and each time they just say they will call me back which no one ever does. I have still not resolved this situation and the credit card company will not investigate due to all the other bills being paid by cash. |I don’t even know how they managed to get my credit card details the only time I used it was to pay for my lift pass so please be mindful of the hotel taking additional payments because you will not get it back.

Superb ski-in ski-out location at Courchevel 1850+100 i.e. 1950 meters. You start skiing in Bellecote piste literally in front of the hotel or you can pass to Pralong Chair part. The service was excellent, (both in restaurants and ski-room) everyone was helpful always with smiling faces. The rooms were not big but ok. Especially their ski-pass & skis included package was really value for money but you need to reserve well ahead.

We visited this restaurant for the second sitting and were hugely disappointed by the experience. Despite branding itself as a pizza and steak house, we were told that pizzas were no longer available because they had run out — quite surprising for a restaurant whose name and menu focus on pizza.|It didn’t get much better when it came to dessert. After ordering three profiteroles, we waited over 25 minutes with no update, only to be told (after we asked) that they only had one portion left. There was no apology, no attempt to offer an alternative, and the overall attention to the customer was extremely poor and dismissive.|For a restaurant that markets itself around quality and service, the experience was very disappointing. Poor stock management and lack of basic courtesy left us feeling undervalued as customers.
