Great customer support! I purchased a VigiBrio controller with some “X3” MidBrio lights. I noticed that when “off” in the VigiPool app the lights still emitted a faint glow. I was concerned maybe my cable runs were too long. However it turned out not, as when I emailed CCEI explaining my problem & setup, and asking for suggestions. I received a reply within 2hrs! (wow) explaining how to share my VigiBrio with them. Then the next day CCEI sent an update to my VigiBrio which completely fixed the issue. Well done guys! Amazing customer service. Thank you ! I will now try to use only CCEI products in the future for our pool needs.

I recently had our pool converted to salt using CCEI’s new Vigipool ‘Connected Pool’ equipment. Each component looks well designed, well built and of quality, with the exciting innovation that they all wirelessly connect to my phone. But after years of chlorine pools, I was confused about how to run a salt pool and, not being fluent in French, I was finding it hard to comprehend all the features of the new equipment. CCEI came to my rescue by having the courtesy, the resources and the time to answer all my questions (in English), correct my misunderstandings and educate me how best to use their ‘intelligent’ equipment. I'm now getting the most out of my ‘Connected Pool’ system and I’m enjoying the reassurance of managing the pool remotely through the app. If their products are as good as their attention to their customers I should have years of trouble-free swimming.

Une saison complète pour un diagnostic après plusieurs envois du matériel et donc une saison de traitement piscine manuel à notre charge... Très réactif tant que le devis est en cours mais surprise...⚠️ Plus de réponse aux mails une fois que le paiement est fait étrangement! A force de harcèlement on nous apprend qu'il y avait un délai de 6 semaines pour la pièce ce que la personne s'est bien gardée de nous dire lors de la commande sans quoi on serait allé voir ailleurs.
